I have the following problem.

On desktop my homepage autoscrolls (either up or either down) and on mobile the scrolling is also irrational

I did the conflict test. I deactivated all my plugins and the problem is visible only with ElementsKit activated. I also activated only Elementor and ElementsKit and the problem is still there. I also activated the standard Hello Elementor Theme and the problem persists if ElementsKit is active.

I can only describe the problem as follows:

If I scroll the page down or up it then goes automatically up or down. Sometimes it centers on a widget in a strange way.

With so many WordPress themes, and increasing more users of mobile websites, I’m sure many would face this problem after installing this sticky menu or anything plugin.
I posted a support ticket, and the admin WebFactory did a cursory swipe, saying problem not found, and marked ticket as resolved.

I went to search forum/support again. To no surprise, many users posted similar problems.
I posted second ticket indicating clearly what happened. And sought help for this issue.

WebFactory (ie admin for Sticky Menu or Anything) – simple said there is no solution because they cannot adjust JSS/CS code. What the fish??? Totally uninterested and lacklustre response. PLS DO NOT install and use this plugin unless you expect to solve all problems yourself and face a plugin author or installer that is only interested in making money and not making his/her plugin better.

However in mobile view, u can see – the menu is STUCK because the scroll keeps going on… until a certain point then it scrolls down. This really spoils the user experience. Many customers of my business are more elderly and will not know to scroll all the way down and keep scrolling. They will just think it is stuck or hang.

So… can i know why and how to fix this problem?

Something to do with the footer #colophon? but i do need the z index and footer to stay there…. pls help!

Please correct the smooth scroll problem. Screen overlapping on chrome, opera.
