Where I can view the scroll tracking data?

Dear support,

I enabled the scroll tracking on the tag manager plugin(https://prnt.sc/xu4979), but I can’t find the scroll tracking data on Google analytic, may I know where I can see the scroll tracking data, thank you!

Just posting this so people know that they can follow this amazing article to set up scroll tracking in GTM in conjunction with this plugin (it’s not automatically tracked when you click on the checkbox to allow tracking in the WordPress dashboard – you have to do extra steps in GTM).

Under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Google Tag Manager For WordPress options > Scroll tracking tab it says
“Based on the script originaly posted to Analytics Talk”

–> For me the link there shows a blank page (object caching?)
–> “originaly” is misspelled (minor issue), should be “originally”

Active heading disappears for long sections

I love the plugin; set it up and it works great! The one issue I’ve noticed is that if a section is very long, such that I scroll enough that the header goes off the page without the next header appearing, the marking showing what part of the page I’m in disappears. This means that sections of the page where I’m in between headers don’t show where you are in the page anymore, kind of counteracting the point.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

in my template the content doesn’t have a specific ID but only a class.

How can I set up the correct content section?

Bug: Scroll Tracking Content ID only allows #id's

Hi there,

probably not a bug per se but it would be really, really great if the Scroll Tracking > ContentID field would allow classes as well.

More and more developers does not use #id’s for naming tags, and by requiring one, quite a lot of users (eg. users of the very popular Enfold theme) aren’t allowed to utilise the Scroll Tracking feature in your otherwise great plugin.

Please consider allowing more advanced input types in the field,
