Hopefully somebody can help me out. I’m looking for 2 plugins. New to wordpress so I’m mostly relying on plugins and not so much the coding aspect of things.

The first is something that can automatically detect who the author of a post/article is, and put a twitter follow button up top.

Like this:

And the second plugin I’m hoping to find is something that can do a scrolling/fixed sidebar, similar to this one:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I’m using a child theme.

I would like my right side-bar to scroll down the post as people read, at the moment it stays fixed giving people no option to click a different category /post.
