Hello everyone and thanks for looking at this. I am trying to build a small website for a home owners association. (HOA) and I need to make about 200 documents available for viewing and for content searching.

How would you suggest I put them on a page and make them searchable? Some of them are in MS Word while others are PDFs.

SEarchable content troubles

I publish a digital magazine, on my home page is the cover image of the magazine that when clicked on takes the reader to the publication that is hosted on the cloud of the magazine software developer. I now realize that all the content in the magazine is not searchable content to google since it’s a link, and I’m not getting organic traffic. I now have been told even if I embed the HTML code onto my home page its still a link. How can I make all my magazine content searchable to google? www.thenewlabrador.com

Accordion content not searchable in wordpress search

I recently had a user perform a search on my website and they were not able to see any of the content that resides in the accordion. For instance, on the recycling page there is information about computer recycling, but if you search in the wordpress search bar on the right of the page for “computers” it will not find any of the content in the accordion. Is the content not searchable?

I am working on a site that needs to have a lot of searchable content. Currently, it is an older site that uses an Access database to post information. The information goes back for several years. I am trying to decide what will be the best and easiest way to organize the information. I am thinking about creating pages within the new wp site using tables to display the information so that it can be searchable by event or person’s name. I appreciate any suggestions about how to make this easy to update and search for information. Here is the site:

I like the table layout of the information in the link. And it needs to be searchable.

I wish to have few categories in a menu (few SUB blogs, in one single site)
Each blog with few hundreds of users, each sub blog user should be searchable (gender,zip, name…..type of work)
