I’d like to use sedlex backup scheduler as my one-and-only backup solution. Of course, I have to be able, to re-import the backup files produced by this plugin. And here is my problem:

The backup data contains NULL for attributes of tables, which are declared as NOT NULL. So the import of phpMyAdmin stops with an error, when trying to import a NULL value into a NOT NULL field.

Did I miss to enable an option?

Any help kindly appreciated.

I want to customize the short URL generated with another domain, not the domain plugin is installed on.
Under “Customize the short link URL” -> “Change the root URL of the short link:” it says:
If you have a shorter URL pointing to your WordPress blog, you may configure it here by selecting this option

How to do I point a shorter URL to my WordPress blog?
I am on Shared Hosting, so don’t have a static IP address.

Please share what I need to do to get a shorter URL to work.

P.S. I did set a shorter URL in “Your shorter domain URL:” but the links didn’t work!
Do I need to make DNS changes, or something else?

But since I’be changed to WP 4.0 and changed my theme too, I have a display bug on small devices :
– the quotes appear below the primary menu on large screens (good :)) but above the primary menu on small screens (not good – on screens under 1080px wide more or less)
– this makes my primary menu look bad (it breaks and is displayed on two lines)
– on small devices, if the quote is larger than the width of the screen, it disappears and only the author name is displayed.

Everything worked fine for a while then all of sudden I kept on getting the below error message in my PHP log. So many that my provider (Windows Azure) started warning me. For now I just keep deleting the log file but that is not really a solution. Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this? I would like to keep the plugin and its config if possible. The plugin works as expected as far as I can see. A wordpress update didn’t help (now on 3.7)
