recently bought mailpoet sub and found is very versatile but stuck at one aspect so seeking some help.
Every registered user is added to WordPress User list, and if they subscribe to any other list I want them to be removed from User list.
As I send a welcome email to WordPress user list after a few telling them about the various emailing newsletters they can subscribe to and what benefits it offers , but my query / concern is if that user is also part of another list they will get an email which won’t be relevant anymore.
So in Emails
How can I ensure that a subscriber who is part of any other list may not get the email scheduled to be sent to WordPress User list ?
Deleting WordPress List is an option but then I can’t engage new website users organically, or is there a way to go about it ?
Hope I have been able to explain my query.
Thanks
]]>I would like to use segmentation in MailPoet to automatically send different greetings to different genders. I have the option field “Anrede” (greeting) in my form that has three options to select:
Herr (male)
Frau (female)
divers (diverse)
In my email newsletter I would like to automatically change my greeting based on this field – for example:
if male:
“Guten Tag HERR Max Mustermann…”
if female:
“Guten Tag FRAU Maxime Musterfrau…”
if diverse:
“Guten Tag Neutral Mustermensch…”
Is that possible? How would I then achieve it?
Thank you and regards,

I’ve created a new list for active subscribers and added a new welcome email.
But when I move subscribers to the new list, they’re not receiving the welcome email.
How do I move a subscriber to a new list so that they can get a set of autoresponder emails?
When I check the list page, I can see that one user has been added to the new list, but they’re not getting the welcome email, and I’ve set it to send email immediately when a new subscriber is added.
Please help.
]]>I use it to integrate between my website and ActiveCampaign. I create a different experience between people and my website depending on whether they are signed in to it, are members, signed out, in the middle of a campaign, etc. It’s perfect for segmenting my contact database.
The thing that’s great about it is that you can use webhooks.
Another great thing is that it’s just one tool from their full suite, so they have plenty of revenue to keep this plugin current.
In fact, it’s updated very frequently. Sometimes weekly, sometimes daily. I’ve seen updates PRIOR to wordpress being updated.
]]>1) I disabled the optin at checkout: https://monosnap.com/file/lXzW6W1bFYOBmk49OoQZCxKUniZAKV
because I would like anyone who buys something to put on the list and be a confirmed subscriber. This is because he accepts the marketing conditions. So I don’t want a double optin confirmation but single. To do this, I had to set up the sending of emails with my own server, but I would like to use the Mailpoet one but this is not possible. Other tools allow this. Is there an alternative? It is important that the customer accepts the marketing conditions by purchasing
2) When the user buys, he is registered but after 2 minutes he goes into unsubscribed status. I state that the order is completed. But automatically after a few minutes it goes back to unsubscribe and therefore in the segmentations there are no users to send a potential email to. I don’t understand why … why does this happen?

]]>following scenario:
Someone subscribes to my email list and then starts receiving my 14-day automated email sequence. This sequence aims to sell a product at the end of the period. Towards the end of the sequence i offer the product for a discounted price.
If the person purchases that product before the end of the ongoing campaign, i would like to have him removed from that campaign (so he does not know about the discount he could have had) and moved into another email campaign that is made for the product he just purchased.
Is that possible through segmentation or any other action with mailpoet?
Thank you and best regards for your assistance,
Thomas
