For the past 2 days I’ve run into this error when I am trying to purchase a shipping label through Woocommerce.
Quick Breakdown:
1. Customer places an order on my website.
2. I get the order, go to the order’s page in “Woocommerce>Orders”
3. I click the button that says “Create Shipping Label”
4. Origin Address is good, Destination address is good, Packaging is good.
5. When I click “Use these packages” and it moves to the 4th step “Shipping Rates” an error pops up that says “Unexpected Server Error.”
There’s a button that says “Retry” next to the error, but if I click it, nothing happens. If I click it a bunch of times, it just keeps loading the error over and over again.
I’ve disabled Jetpack, uninstalled jetpack, reinstalled jetpack, reenabled jetpack and still the error persists.
I’ve gone into troubleshooting with my site, disabling every plugin, going to a default theme, then enabling the woocommerce plugin + woocommerce services + jetpack and tried to complete the purchase and print a shipping label and still the error pops up.
Just a few days ago everything was working fine. I have no idea what caused this issue. All of my plugins are up to date and everything is working properly.
Customers are still able to place orders, but I can’t print out USPS labels to ship their packages so this is very frustrating.
Please help!
]]>I’m encountering some serious performance issues with my website when the WooCommerce plugin is active. Even with only WooCommerce enabled, I’m experiencing slow loading times, and I’m unable to create or update pages or products. The website becomes unresponsive for about 5 minutes after attempting these actions, across different browsers.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the WooCommerce plugin, but the problem persists. I’ve also checked server resources and error logs and this is the error :
ModSecurity: Warning. [Rule: ‘REQUEST_FILENAME’ ‘@rx (?:.htaccess|.(pht|phtml|php\d?|txt|md|shtml|xml)$)’] [id “0000000”] [msg “IM360 WAF: Track access attempt (WP folders)!||SC:/home/domain.com/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php||MV:/wp-admin/admin.php||WPU:username||T:LITESPEED||”] [severity “NOTICE”] [tag “wp_core”] [tag “noshow”] [hostname “domain.com”] [uri “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=roles&action=edit&role=administrator”] [unique_id “00000000000”], referer: https://domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=roles&action=edit&role=administrator
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
]]>We had to remove the matomo plugin files manually (via FTP) to get the sites back up.
I’ve since tried to install Matomo on a third site (dev environment) to try to figure out what’s going wrong and the install won’t even complete – it just fails every time.
The live environment is running under PHP 8.0, the dev environments under PHP 8.1.
I’ve taken a quick look through the posts here and can’t see anything like this mentioned so far.
The error in the dev environment following the clone operation (as reported in the WordPress error email) was:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 36 of the file /home/agw_thsxec/dev-ruthclayton.glendrian.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/shared.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '/home/agw_thsxec/dev-ruthclayton.glendrian.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/classes/WpMatomo/Paths.php' (include_path='.:') in /home/agw_thsxec/dev-ruthclayton.glendrian.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/shared.php:36
(It looks like this may have been due to a fault during the clone operation? Unfortunately, I can’t check whether the missing file was actually there, as I had to delete the matomo plugin files to get the site back up.)
The error in the live environment (again, as reported in the automatic WordPress crash email) was:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 245 of the file /homepages/27/d4296089782/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/bootstrap.php. Error message: Uncaught TypeError: in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, null given in /homepages/27/d4296089782/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/bootstrap.php:245
The error when trying to install into the other dev environment for testing is:
Installation failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
There’s nothing showing up in the server error log for any of them.
Sorry I don’t have anything more specific but has anyone seen anything similar in the last 24 hours or so with the latest version of the Matomo plugin? Are there any known issues?
]]>We are having issues with our checkout page where customers are entering the address and then it shows an error “please enter an address to continue” and we also get a different error that says “Hosted Fields payment is already in progress.” <– This is with the Paypal plugin, they are also looking into it but they can’t seem to find the issue on their end.
There is also a fatal error with woocommerce in the logs. See picture https://i.imgur.com/kaKib0A.png
Please help. This is urgent!
]]>Doing a bit of troubleshooting for this site that uses GoDaddy. Which has possibly caused some of the troubles.
But in a recent debug_log I noted an error “My server has gone away.”
So I checked phpMyAdmin and checked the tables to see 2 errors that I think are woocommerce related.
Problems with indexes of table
wp2z_woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations
The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: PRIMARY, location_id
Problems with indexes of table
wp2z_woocommerce_pickup_locations_geodata
The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: PRIMARY, post_id
I tried to repair table but was told
The storage engine for the table doesn't support repair
So I’m not sure what to do here. Can you point me to something I can read up more on, or possible steps to take to deal with this? Is this even a big deal?
I’ve since worked with GD, who gave me inexplicable descriptions about why the site kept timing out, and it seems to load better. Maybe my server going away problem has been solved and these 2 messages about tables don’t need to be addressed? I’m guessing they should be addressed.
Any help is much appreciated.

I recently had my website https://foodmauritius.com/ audited by Alexa.
They crawled 1,418 HTML Pages and found Server Errors on 137 Pages.
Grateful if you could please advise how do I fix the errors for relevant pages. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that apparently, it is the plugin namely ‘WPForms Lite’ that is causing same.
https://foodmauritius.com/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/includes/admin/builder/panels/class-providers.php
https://foodmauritius.com/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/lib/cron-expression/CronExpression_HoursField.php
Alexa also found Duplicate Titles on 1,111 Pages.
https://foodmauritius.com/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/css/emails/partials/
https://foodmauritius.com/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/css/emails/partials/?C=S;O=A
Is it because I am using Lite not Pro? In the affirmative, may I kindly request for a Trial for Pro?
Appreciate your swift response.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [email protected]
to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Can you please help with this issue?
]]>I am having issues with my site going down with 500 and 503 errors. I reached out to my hosting company, and after taking a look at the situation for me, they mentioned the following:
“I’m seeing a lot of errors server side in apache error logs: [Thu May 11 07:13:44 2017] [error] mod_fcgid: domain=www.mysite.com too many /dh/cgi-system/php56.cgi processes, skip the spawn request”.
When I asked if they could pinpoint what was generating the errors, they informed me that updraft plus was behind the errors they had detected.
Please let me know what can be done to fix this situation.
