I am currently working on a website for a client. I am attempting to move the website from a dev to a stage environment. I do this using ServMask’s All-In-One migration plugin. The site is built with Divi.

When I export the site from dev, then import it to stage, several resources on the homepage display incorrectly and there are a handful of console errors (see below).

192.168.98.2 is the dev server and localhost is the stage. I’ve used this method for several other projects before and I have never had this issue. Does anyone have any insight on this issue? Please let me know, thank you.

Careful everyone! Is not a free tool, you can just download your backup for free but they make it hard to import it and you need to PAY for restoring the backup in your new site. There are definitely other solutions more honest and effective.

Subscription Cancellation

So we’re trying to cancel our premium subscription for All in one Wp Migration since we dont need it anymore but there is no option to do this on their website, servmask.com we tried sending emails to their support but no one has assisted, my question is how do you not have an option to cancel for a subscription, anyone had luck?

Can’t Update

Hello,

– I cannot update the extended version any more;
– Website https://servmask.com/ not accessible;
– Now, the only way to use this plugin is to install the old versions (6.42/2.10) of the main AND of the extended;
– If I try to update the extended version, I get this error:

“Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”

– Main version updates ok, only the extended plugin don’t.

Any help is welcomed.

Site is not Importing correctly?

Hi,
Just purchased the Google Drive plugin, when Imported the site from Google Drive, nothing was imported expect few files, like theme & Ninja Forms, rest all have gone in the air? I am using Php version 7.0 and my theme works fine with free version because of short time I have purchased the pro version and it didn’t work with full version? can someone help me please?

What permissions does this require?
