1: When you’re setting up CookieYes for a client the sign-up process is akward.
If you’re using the client’s e-mail for that sign-up, then the activation mail goes out to a person, who potentially does not understand why he/she is receiving the activation mail. The client might fear (as I have experiencesd several times) that it is a SPAM or Phishing mail. This could be improved.

2: The settings for “No Cookies prior to consent” (which is a GDPR requirement, as I understand EUs rules), are hard to find and activate.
You do have a ‘How-to’ article about it in your docs., but again that article is hard to use and it doesn’t shed any light on whether this function is already active or not.
In fact I don’t know how to activate this or even IF it’s part of the free version.
But as long as it’s an EU requirement, it should be included in the free version. This could also be improved.

I’m in the process of setting up shipping on a clients site and giving this Elex plugin a try. I have got the API Key details from the client as well as a password and Account number.
These details have been entered and according to a video here: https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/set-up-elex-woocommerce-australia-post-shipping-plugin-with-print-label-tracking/ … I need to add Services but I have no idea how to do this???

There is an alert, or error, on the screen which states:
“: A location with the charge account number of {contract_id} cannot be found. Please check that the identifier is correct and submit the request again.”

Is this of any relevance?
How do I move forward from here please?

setting up our homepage including a webstories carousel it is very wonky as only one story seems to work from the site, the audio skips and cuts heavily, as well as not stopping after closing the window from time to time.
