Upon deactivating then reactivating your plugin, the data in General Settings (e.g., Idle Time Out and Idle Message Content) reset itself to your plugin’s default values.

Thought this was fixed in your previous plugin revision, but apparently not

Kindly review, retest, and issue a fix.

When I migrate/replicate a WP installation to another domain, UM loses all its settings and translated emails, so I have to set it up anew. Tried four times with one and the same result – I have to copy almost all settings and emails from the old site.

I’ve had some problems with shortcodes and while trying to figure that out, I switched to Twenty Sixteen. When I switched back to my Hestia child theme, the page listing was back in the footer, the Features panel had defaulted back to deactivated, and the spacing on the Contact panel was wonky. BTW: The spacing is funky anyway. Things keep ending up in two overlapped columns. Probably a separate issue.) I redid everything, but when I tried switching again for another problem, the same thing happened. How do I keep this from happening?

Calendar isn′t showing events anymore

Hey,

about 2 weeks ago, the calendar suddenly stopped importing the calendar feed from an idesk server. It worked fine before and until 30 minutes ago, it also showed all the events, just not synchronizing. I logged into the clients′ backend, there I have seen the error message that I have to create a timly account for the synchronizing feature to work. Did that, got the green tick, checked the frontend and the events were still there. Now 30 minutes later, the client called and told me all the events weren′t shown anymore. They are still there in the backend, but without the date&time data of the event it had before.

Please help, this is urgent.

Retain Settings if Deactivated?

I was having plugin conflicts between other plugins, not this one

However, when I disabled all plugins, then re-enabled, I noticed that WP Sitemap Page did not retain any of the pages I had excluded from the SM in the settings. Is there some way to get it to do so? Or, if not, could you add that feature?

Problem after changing URL (not the one with serialized arrays)

I’ve move my site from dev to production and the URL has changed.
I’ve been at the wp_options table and changed the URLS and also the string values that come before (those which are related with the URL string length) in both, fs_contact_global and fs_contact_form1 (the one I have lost) after this, I was expecting FSCF settings for contact form 1 to come back, but the form 1 is rewrited all the time as soon as I open the plugin. I only get the default values.
The places where I used to have the form inserted they echo the message: “Contact Form Shortcode Error: Form 1 does not exist”
What I’m missing??

Settings lost after moving directories

Using Virtue Free I have moved my site from a subfolder on my host (I had put it in the “wp” folder for testing) to the root folder.

Everything works except that all the Virtue settings are back to defaults. www.ukcroupier.co.uk/

I did the move by:
1. Moving the folders and wp files ‘up’
2. Exporting the db in PHPadmin and changing all occurrence of the “wp” subfolder to the root folder.
3. Dropped all tables in database.
4. ** I also changed the wordpress database table prefix in the wp_config php file.
5. I then re-imported the SQL using PHP admin

If I look in the wp_options table I can see a few virtue fields which have values in them I recognise (such as the slider images) so the import has worked.

Do you have any ideas please? I’m guessing changing the table prefix may have confused things?

Home settings lost after update

Yesterday, I updated the Yoast plug-in (along with several others). One of the other plug-ins broke the site and I had to deactivate the plug-ins I’d just updated in order to isolate the problem.

Today, I noticed that the home page yoast SEO settings had been reset. My custom settings were gone. Would the update or the deactivation have done this? How to prevent that in the future?

Custom yoast seo settings on the other pages were fine.

I updated from v 0.4.1 to v 0.5.0 and all of these reloaded widgets disappeared. The changelog says “Overhauled how the entire plugin works” … maybe that included changing how the data is saved?

So before you do this on your live site, make sure you write down all your settings so you can can quickly reenter them after the upgrade.

settings get cleared when page page cache is cleared

I have the latest wordpress and latest w3 total cache.
When I set up the caching on the general settings and the minify page and save, thats all fine.

As soon as I want to refresh the caches by clearing them, all the settings then reset back to default.

Please tell me how to fix this?
