Can’t get anyone for support. Help!

I first opened a ticket after I purchased a premium subscription but didn’t get license keys for any of the add-ons and can’t find where to enter the main plug-in license key. That was a few days ago and I want to get rid of the error about licenses.

I opened another ticket today because the settings say to sign up on openshare.com but when I click the sign up button on their site I get an internal error. I tried contacting them, but their contact form is broken. I tried visiting the link to their Twitter account and their account has been suspended. So what do I do for share counts if the old sharedcount service doesn’t work and openshare is MIA?

I really like this plug-in, but if support doesn’t respond it won’t be worth the money. Can anyone here help me?

I am Tanmoy Kumar from HeadphonesAdvice.com. Where I’m using your MashShare Plugin to enable share my posts, an example link: https://www.headphonesadvice.com/sony-wh1000xm4-deals/ . As you can see only two shares are showing on the share count website https://www.sharedcount.com/app/ track URL. But on my page link, it showing 428 shares. So it looks weird and spammy! And I don’t enable or use your Fake Share Count module on the plugin. Not only the single page, but almost all of my posts pages are also the same as invalid counts.

So, now you can imagine how big the problem is for SEO impact. Google and Advertisers are may think I’m doing something wrong. I’m waiting for your reply on how to solve this issue. Thank you!

Hello, and thanks for your plugin. Recently i had a problem: the share count has been reverted to zero to all post and pages. Now i have deactivated the share (using another plugin for that). I need help to understand what’s happened to the share count of this plugins.

We are using this plugin in our Blog site and facing the following issues with social media share count:
> the count is incrementing only for Facebook sharing (no change in share count for all other shares)
> sometimes count is resetting to zero in all browsers
> share count box is blank in Safari browser

We are expecting an immediate solution for this.

I just installed the plugin and the share counts button is on, but there are no sharecounts. I have multiple pages with shares that are far above the set minimum of 10 but it’s still not showing up.

Possible to keep sharecount on a new WP install and did not change links?

Hello, I have just updated my website to a new theme and layout which included deleting my databases and re-installing a new version of wordpress from scratch. I am trying to install your Shareaholic plugin from your website by going to the following:

My Sites > Settings > Installation > Start Plugin Installation.

Then when I activate the site it gives me a different Site ID. I was hoping to keep my share count as I have not changed any links whatsoever and did not migrate to a new domain.

Is this possible to keep my share counts if I do not change the link structure on the same domain with a new installation of wordpress?

Share Buttons are not counting shares

Hi All,
My Share Buttons aren’t necessarily counting the shares. It’s obvious in the case of the Facebook button:

However on the following page, it does register the number of Shares/Likes (not sure which):
https://johnwhiteillustrator.com/portfolio/newspaper-illustration-education/

Could it be anything to do with the fact that I recently deleted my Facebook account (in between those 2 pages being promoted on Facebook)? What I use now is a new anonymous Facebook account, having transferred my Facebook business pages over to that new FB account.

I really would have thought that I’d be able to see the count number whether I’m logged into Facebook or not. Could I be wrong?

Hi,
Im using the supersocializer plugin for social share and to show the share count.
Im having facebook,linkedin,twitter,google-plus,xing.The sharing works fine for all.But for twitter,googleplus and xing the share count is not shown.On inspecting the div it shows empty.Can you please help me?

Hi. I ‘ve beenusing this plugin and love the simplicity of use and the host of features it offers. However, I’m facing a difficulty. The sharing report shows me the share counts correctly, but on the actual page, it shows 0 shares. Could you let me know what the issue could be?
