1. I made a change to our shipping fee where I am using the Flexible Shipping plugin. Although I have made the changes the website when placing the order is still using the old charge which we had instead of the new charge. I have even gone so far as to deactivate the plugin cleared my cache, yet it still shows the flexible shipping fee as the old, calculated fee and not the new fee. eg Old Fee up to R350.00 charge R50.00 above 350.01 no fee. New Fee up to R500.00 charge R60.00 above 500.01 no fee. This is very unusual.?would it be something to do with cache?

EXAMPLE: We have two items from separate vendors 1 item costs € 10,- and the other item € 103,50. ?In Woocommerce the settings for shipping cost are free on orders above €50,-

We expect to see that shipping costs are calculated as followed:

Item 1 – €10,- | shipping cost €6,-

Item 2 – €103.50 | shipping costs Free shipping

In this case the customer pays € 6,- for shipping item nr 1. (€10,-)

Item nr 2 ( € 103.50) will be send free of charges by the vendor.

How can we achieve that?

2. if an order is placed without applying the free shipping coupon on the checkout page, the flat rate shipping is correctly displayed in the order. But when we attempt to apply the free shipping coupon to this order from the admin panel:
– The coupon is applied successfully, but the shipping cost is not updated to reflect “Free Shipping.”
– The shipping cost value remains unchanged, and the flat rate is still displayed

For the example below: The shipping cost; to have an item delivered to the north Island of New Zealand should be $50.00 NZD.  But to have that same item delivered to a country that I don’t have a specific cost of shipping setup for (rest of world cost) would be $172.00 NZD.

• Even if you go into the Cart and manually select the Country and Region to get the correct shipping cost displayed in the cart. If you then select Google pay as your payment option, The shipping cost in will revert back (after 1 second) to the “Rest of world” shipping cost of $172?
• The same issue happens in Apple Pay?

However the client asked if it is possible for them to adjust the shipping cost themself. There are two scenarios where this is needed:

1. They want to offer a discount on the shipping cost to the customer.
2. They have to charge more than the shipping cost we have entered in WooCommerce because the order is a rushed delivery order.

I know with Point 1, we can create a number of coupon codes which they client can use to reduce the shipping cost, however it doesn’t solve Point 2, which is where the client need to increase the shipping cost.

Ideally, I would like where the shipping cost is, there is text box or link the client can click on and adjust the shipping price. This box or feature would only work for accounts with “Shop manager” or higher roles so a normal Customer cannot adjust the shipping cost.

Is there any plugin that does what we need? Thanks in advance.
