Hey everyone. Thanks in advance for your ideas on how to fix this.

I have set up a shipping class “flat rate” with 3 test products.

I also have set up shipping zones for Germany, EU, US, Canada, etc.

Inside of each zone profile I have a base cost of 0, and a flat rate price assigned to the “flat rate” class.

I would expect this to give me independent shipping prices depending on the location, at checkout, but there’s this error message “no shipping options were found for _____”

I have no idea why this is happening, as there are products clearly assigned to the “flat rate” class, and the zones are also all set up.

I have taken screenshots of all of the shipping setups and added them to a public notion document:

WooCommerce Shipping now requires phone number for origin address?

Been using this plugin with no problems for 4 years. Today, it all of a sudden is throwing an error and requiring us to put in the customers phone number. I haven’t updated any plugins or made any other changes… Anyone else run into this today, or know what could be causing this?

Error: The WooCommerce Shipping & Tax server returned: Bad Request Phone number must be provided in the “Destination address” tab. ( 400 )

Regional Rate Box Shipping Method Failure

Whenever we try to choose the “Regional Rate Box” options, we always get the error “No rates available, please double check dimensions and weight or try using different packaging”. However, we’ve never had this problem before and none of our other settings have changed. Our products all have appropriate weights and dimensions added and all of the other shipping options work fine.

The plugin USPS Simple Shipping for Woocommerce throws warning message to the screen.

is listed 8 times on my homepage when user clicks “add to cart.”

on the cart page, the error says,

Hi there.

I have an online store on WordPress and WooCommerce working perfectly, but when I add to my cart a large quantity of an item, I get the error “There are no shipping methods available”.

For instance, let’s say I add 10 shirts to my cart, everything works fine and smooth. But if I increase the quantity from 10 to 100, then I get the error.

It seems that there is a barrier that I cannot overcome.

Is there a reason for that???

I have WooCommerce Shipping setup and it has worked flawlessly, until today, when someone bought 6 of the same item. The cumulative weight was calculated but the dimensions were shown as 0x0x0 with no way to change that number and no way to proceed with shipping the item until that number was changed. The weight and dimensions are correctly supplied on the product page under Shipping. There needs to be a way to alter dimensions the same way there is a way to alter weight.

She has correctly entered the shipping information on the previous screen.

I have tested this in my simulator with the exact same criteria and cannot reproduce the error.

She was testing it in private mode in Firefox. Can you give me a reason why she is getting this problem and no one else is getting it? I need to tell her why she is getting an error no one else sees, when in Private Mode.

I’ve updated everything, added weight for the product, added Israel as a country I ship to, selected all the USPS International options available, any other ideas?

Shipping Method is not showing

I have created two shipping option and i have applied coupon for one shipping method. When the customer applies the coupon and chooses the correct shipping method, but then goes back to choosing an invalid method for the coupon (Free Shipping) an error is created upon checkout – this is ok. However when the customer returns to the Cart no shipping methods are displayed until customer enters shipping address. Please fix so that shipping methods are available as before when a customer returns to the cart.
