I am using your plugin through GoDaddy. Every time I print a shipping label it is showing the buyers contact number at the bottom of the label. I have tried to remove it on the settings but it’s not changing.
Please can someone help as I don’t really want the buyers numbers all on the parcels.

]]>When i purchase a label, i immediately receive a recipt for the purchase, but i remain stuck on this screen for a REALLY long time. Long enough that i feel like it is failing to load for some reason.
Is there a way to make this happen faster? Or anything i can check to see if im having some sort of problem? Ive been waiting for roughly 10 minutes for this label so far.
My business involves the distribution of products from our central office to a number of our sites across the country. Our private store will be solely accessible to our own staff.
I’m currently exploring options for implementing a free shipping option for staff placing orders within the company. Under this setup, the cost of shipping would be borne by our head office, responsible for order fulfillment, all while ensuring that TNT labels are generated for the shipments.
Just wondering how I might go about setting up this system?

]]>She does not charge the customer shipping for most items, or we have a flat fee, so all we need is label printing and for it to charge to her UPS account for them to pay.

]]>Where can I edit which return address appears on the printed shipping label? I know where I can edit the address for my shop, but my shipping label has my business name, followed by my first name, followed by the address.
I would like to remove my first name from the return address, but cannot see where this is coming from.

I just switched to the plugin for printing my labels.
I am using a Dymo LabelWriter 4XL printer and the name-brand Dymo labels (I found that off brand ones sometimes had alignment issues).
I am printing USPS shipping.
But I find that they are cut off a bit at the top and have too much space at the bottom. I have tried the “fit to printable area” option, and I’ve tried using the system dialogue but the top still gets cut short a bit.
I am able to print successfully to this printer from PDFs and other shipping applications, so I know it’s not the printer.
Is there any way to configure this so it will align my label properly?
