]]>We just setup a new store on our staging site. We are testing woocommerce service under USPS shipping and shipping label. Currently have two test products a.) with flat shipping rate of 3.95 for a T-shirt and b.) free shipping (added a shipping class) for a wristband. on the woocommerce checkout page we can see the 3.95 shipping for A and 0 shipping for B. Now, when we click on the print label after test purchase order, we see that A has live shipping rates from USPS that is to be expected but there is no where we can see the $3.95 flat rate we input on the shipping class. And now product B will just cost cents to ship, has the minimum of $2.16 to ship and it just weigh around .02 kg.
Is there a way to have the $3.95 flat for the USPS on prodcut A and get the lowest shipping (cents) for the product B?
And Also when I enable the free shipping method on the Shipping zone it gives all products to have the Free Shipping radio option before checkout. Is there a way to hide the Free shipping option on products with Shipping rates and hide the Shipping rates on products with Free Shipping?
Thank you in advance for helping
]]>I am trying to dev a shop i have created a list of shipping options:
FREE Delivery
AM delivery £7.50
Delivery 10am to 4pm £10.00
Delivery Pre 10am £15.00
Pallet weather proofing £5.00
The all appear which is great however i need to be able to select more than one shipping option and so customers have the option to add pallet weather proofing.
so for example pre 10am + pallet weather proofing would be £15
The issue at the moment is i can only select 1 option or have a list of 8 different options 4 with with weatherproofing and 4 without.
Any ideas to set this up better and simpler for my customers.
Thanks in advance
]]>I’m desperately trying to figure out what happened to my “Rest of the world” shipping zone. It used to work, but from one day to another I got customers complaining that they can’t order from outside Europe.
The shipping zones I’ve set up are as follows:
– National Shipping to Germany
– EU Shipping to Europe
– Free Shipping worldwide for orders above 150€
– the premade “rest of the world” for all other countries
When you’re trying to checkout and put in your shipping and billing address, the shipping costs calculator shows this notification: “there are no shipping methods available. please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
Now I’ve added another shipping zone called “Worldwide shipping” and added South America, North America, Oceania, Asia, Antarctica and Africa. But the checkout with countries outside Europe still doesn’t work.
Does any of you have an idea how to solve this?
Thanks so much in advance
Marie
