Hi so the shiping rates are not showing on my webpage, enabled debug mode and says that: 111057: Invalid Unit of Measurement for the given country.

However i′m using inches/lbs for US shipping.

I want to charge 1st and 2nd books in order $5 each?in one shipment, 3rd and more $4 each in one shipment. How to do?
I can do $5 per book, if 1 or 2 books. If I do 3 or more, all books are $4 each when I want the first 2 to be $5 each

I have created an account in UPS, accessed their API, and retrieved the user ID. However, when I add this user ID to the UPS plugin settings, no shipping addresses are shown on the checkout page (see screenshot: Screenshot). It doesn’t matter which address I input; no shipping methods appear.

Please review this issue and let me know how i should proceed.

Sorting Out Tax and Shipping Rates for Different Regions

Hi there,

I’m trying to figure out how to properly set up the tax and shipping rates for my store. The company is based in Northern Ireland and we will be shipping out to Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland as well.

The shipping rates change based on each location. I’ve managed to get the ROI one to work as intended, but Great Britain and Northern Ireland have proven tough to figure out. I need to add a shipping fee of ￡8 for Northern Ireland and ￡20 for Great Britain. I tried to have this determined by Post Code area, but it hasn’t worked.

In addition, I need to sort out the tax. VAT should not be applied to ROI if they provide an IE VAT number. How could I handle this?

Please let me know if there’s any more information I can provide to make this easier.

I’ m new to this support-forum and I say hello to everybody.

In my Woocommerce shop I sell bevarages per bottle.

I use table rates (using “Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce”-Plugin, free version) for particular amounts (using 1 kg weight as 1 bottle, so that I can get along with the free version of the above plugin).

It works fine. i. e.:

1-5 bottles = 6.50 €
4-6 bottles = 7.50 €
7-12 bottles = 8.50 €
and so on …

But if a customer buys more than 60 bottles, I want to use a different method, namely:

61-90 bottles = 0.48 € x amount of bottles (items)
91-120 bottles = 0.40 € x amount of bottles
121-180 bottles = 0.35 € x amount of bottles
and so on …

How could I do that?

VPN Issue

Hello – I’m having an issue with this plugin when customers are using a VPN. For example, I have a customer in Iowa whose VPN has her located in the United Kingdom. She can change her location at checkout, but she’ll get an error message that there are no shipping rates associated with her location and then she cannot proceed with her order. How can I bypass this while still keeping the weight-based shipping options per country?

First Class Shipping Not Showing For Small Items

The plugin is only showing the priority mail options for items that are very small and light (1″x1″x1″ aerosol spray cap about the size of a nickel that weighs 0.005625lbs.). I added one just to see the rates and even though I have 1st class checked off in the plugin only the priority mail options are showing. Before the update they were working fine, after the update 1st class does not pull the rates.

Does anyone know how to make a shipping rule so that if a customer buys (for example) 25 gallons, then instead of the shipping rate calculating the weight of the 25 gallons it calculates instead 5 x 5 gallons.

The weight for the 25 gal product is 200 lbs which is over UPS and USPS max weights, so my only option right now is to offer local pickup.

I want to know if there’s a way to charge the customer 5 x 5 gal (40 lbs each) instead. In which case, I would ship five 5gal buckets.?I just need to tell the rate calculator that this sku is actually 5 times another sku.

I’m currently using WooCommerce Shipping & Tax and ShipStation Shipping PRO for WooCommerce for rates.
