Hi, I’m evaluating to use your plugin to substitute flexible shipping that is using a lot of database resources.
unfortunatelly some of setting are available on the paid version only so I’m not able to test it fully.
By they whay, if I set shipping zones in woocommerce main panel, why i need to duplicate this information also in the Weight Based Shipping table? Why destinations have to be selected once again here? It’s a double work.
There is some different setting to be used?

I went to Shipping->Shipping Zones to add a new shipping zone for the country of Malaysia and found that there is no longer an option to add a specific country to the shipping zone – only zipcodes and zipcode ranges. The country chooser doesn’t even appear there anywhere when I try to define the zone. ???

I have:

Zone name: Malaysia

Zone Regions: (ONLY allows me to enter zip codes and zipcode ranges – the country picker is completely gone now for some reason)

Shipping Methods: this section still works exactly as it always has.

Hi, I am trying to create a shipping zone for select countries. Previously I was able to simply create a new zone and select the countries I wanted it to apply to. But now it only lets me input postcodes, not countries… What is happening?

Hello,

I have a bit of a problem, I am setting shipping zones for a South African store, however there are only South African provinces listed in the “Shipping zones” drop down. How can I set up zones for e.g. Cape Town, George, etc, which are cities/regions within Western Cape? If I set a shipping cost for Cape Town using the entire Western Cape province and I get an order from George the courier cost will easily be double the price, can this be managed by setting radius in Kms? and, if yes, will the system pickup the buyer’s location even if they disable location tracking on their browsers and devices just by the address? as in, will the system calculate the correct distance based on the address only? I feel that is a lack of granular control for places outside the US or some Europe places. Please advise. Thanks

Woocommerce – Issues with free shipping using multiple shipping zones

We are experiencing a weird issue after setting up a second shipping zone on our woocommerce store.

We are using two different shipping zones, things are working as intended on the first shipping zone we set up, but on the second shipping zone, free shipping is available for customers even though we have a minimum order amount of 10?000 NOK for the order to qualify for free shipping.
Even when the order total is something like 500 NOK, free shipping is available for the customer, but this only apply to the second shipping zone, as mentioned previously.

First shipping zone is for norwegian addresses with a zip code between 0001 and 7899
The second shipping zone is for the zip codes between 7900 and 9999

We even created a independent demo site and configured shipping the same way on a stock woocommerce setup and are experiencing the same issues there.

Hello,

I have an e-commerce websites set with different shipping zones. As I am in Malaysia, we have both West and East Malaysia. We plan to make West Malaysia’s shipping free while East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) has a fee of RM25. However, when I put the address as Sabah or Sarawak, the website shows no shipping options available. I have already set the zone. I tested with the different shipping zones such as Singapore and Taiwan and it worked as expected. I even tried redoing the shipping zone, it didn’t work. I deleted the shipping zone to test if the “Other Zones” would detect it like it did with Brunei and other countries but it didn’t detect these three locations at all. I also tried limiting by zones and when I input that zone, it was not detected as well. Please assist me on this issue.

Free ship zone order blocking others

Hello,

I’m attempting to complete our shop setup & test some orders, but I’m seeing an issue that happens depending on the order of the shipping zones. Currently only have free shipping and flat rate setup, both for all of USA. If the free ship method is ordered to be on top of the zones list, the test order won’t display the flat rate shipping option? Can see in the screenshots that its ‘matching’ free ship, but its invalid because the order total isn’t high enough. So logic would say that it would move to the next match in the list, but that’s not happening.

I want to have different shipping fees for every shipping zone. I need a shipping zone for mountainous areas and villages. Does anyone have a solution? I believe the easiest way is to let user check whether or not he is ordering from an area like that.

Free shipping not showing within the designated zone

Hello,

Since a few weeks we have a problem with the shipping rates. If a registered client wants to order something and they are in de designated zone for free shipment (delivery) then shipping is calculated unless they click on “calculate shippingcost”and update to the (known) postcode.

I checked multiple times if the postcode was correct, if it was shown in their account.
It should automaticly go to the free shipping, right?
In the zones section settings the free shipping (delivery route) comes first, then the rest of the Netherlands and then Belgium.

What am I missing? Ty in anvance!

Shipping Zones With Shipping Classes is not working

Hey!!
I have setup different Woocommerce Shipping zones with different shipping classes and Fees in it.
It is only working for United States zone. I have few more countries that have the same shipping class prices within the USA zone and it works perfectly.

But I have few more shipping Zones, like for Australia, Japan, UK and for those shipping zones, the shipping class not applied and it only shows standard shipping (Flat rate $0).
