Billing and Shipping Addresses Not Correctly Added to WooCommerce Order

Hello! I added PayPal Smart Buttons to the mini-cart to allow users to place orders directly from the mini-cart. Unfortunately, after an order is created, I’m experiencing several issues:

Missing Billing Address:

The billing address is missing from the order details. The shipping address contains the billing information I added during PayPal checkout.
I logged data from the configure_addresses function in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-button/src/Helper/WooCommerceOrderCreator.php after order creation. The $billing_address data is mostly empty, and the billing information entered is appearing in $shipping_address. This issue occurs even when users enter different billing and shipping addresses. If the same address is used for both, the billing address remains empty.

The live rates are working. Unfortunately the plugin will only shown in fixed HKD in number during checkout. My site is selling in USD, when customer purchased a USD30 item, and shipping is HKD50. The total will be USD80. There are no setting to change this so I can’t use this plugin….

Hi, I am trying to create a shipping zone for select countries. Previously I was able to simply create a new zone and select the countries I wanted it to apply to. But now it only lets me input postcodes, not countries… What is happening?

Hello, since some days (don’t know exaclty when), if we update an order via API (status: completed) then an additional cancelation-invoice is created with the amount of tax of the shipping-fee

we are using germanized, if that helps (since i don’t know if this is a core-problem or maybe a plugin-problem)

Peace be upon you. I attempted to enable free shipping for a specific product by following these steps: I added a shipping class labeled ‘free shipping,’ then created a zone and set up a flat rate. In the flat rate settings, I set the cost for the ‘free shipping’ class to 0. I also edited the product to assign the shipping class. However, when I go to the checkout page, it still displays the flat rate. Can you help me understand why this isn��t working? Screenshots attached:

I want to sell a fisical product to certain countries, i.e. European Countries US and Canada.
All other Shipping adresses should be blocked.

In another thread a read this:
In WooCommerce, the shipping tax class is based on the items in the cart. If you have multiple tax classes in the cart, the shipping tax class will default to the standard rate (in your case, 21%). This is the default behavior of WooCommerce and cannot be changed without custom coding.

So in my case I have two tax rates, 21% and 9%. I would think that when I have an order with only 9% tax products, the shipping tax should also be 9% but it’s not. It uses 21% shipping tax.

Am I missing some settings to make this work properly?

Need to arrive cart weight and based on the shipping slab rate, cart shipping charge to be determined.

My cart – 1) Coir – 5.05Kg 2) Vermicompost – 10.05kg = Total cart weight = 15.10 kg

Shipping slab: Upto 2 kg = Rs. 45; For every additional 1 kg upto 5Kg =Rs.12/kg; For every additional 1 kg above 5 Kg = Rs. 14/Kg

How to arrive formula. I use default woocommerce shipping not installed any other plugin. pls guide. i have enabled shipping class 0-5 kg for coir and 10kg for vermi.

Free shipping being applied incorrectly, for example:

A customer made a purchase of $82.65 and was able to select free shipping, despite the minimum value being $250. When simulating with a single product, the free shipping option appears regardless of the total value.

Discount coupons not being applied correctly, for example:

On one site, the discount from valid coupons is not being applied to the total order.

Inconsistencies in free shipping thresholds across sites, for example:

On one site, free shipping is available for orders above $250, but incorrectly below this value. On another site, free shipping is being offered for orders above $400, which may not match our standard policy.
