Hallo, bitte um einen Tipp zu folgendem Problem:
Woocommerce (5.6.0)-Shop für B2B-Kunden
Germanized 3.6.1
Germanized für WooCommerce Pro 3.3.4
Shopkeeper-Theme 2.9.47 mit css-Anpassungen in Child-Theme

Beim Versuch, aus der Buchhaltung zu einer konkreten Bestellung die Rechnung nochmal manuell an den Kunden zu senden, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

“Die E-Mail konnte nicht versendet werden. Wurde die E-Mail-Vorlage sab_simple_invoice deaktiviert?”

Weder wei? ich, wo ich diese Vorlage finden k?nnte, noch habe ich sie bewusst deaktiviert. Googlen half auch nicht weiter. Der Name kam mir auch in keinem Konfigurations-Tab unter. Die Templates dort hei?en alle eher so “woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-invoice.php”.

Parallel betreibt mein Kunde auch einen B2C-Shop mit nahezu identischer Konfiguration (nur eben B2C). Dort funktioniert das problemlos. Ich hab mir die Mühe gemacht, die meiner Meinung nach wesentlichen Konfigurationen des B2B-Shops wo immer m?glich exakt an die des B2B-Shops anzupassen, hat aber nix geholfen.

Bin nun etwas ratlos und würde mich über einen hilfreichen Tipp freuen!

Hello.

We are using one of the most popular themes for WooCommerce: “Shopkeeper” by getbowtied. They have special widget called “Shop sidebar” which we use to put filters onto.

After the last update, filters are not there anymore on mobile version, but work on desktop version. Are there chances of this to be fixed, or you don’t support that theme?

Ich benutze Germanized für Woocommerce mit den Shopkeeper Theme.
Auf meiner Produkt Detailseite wird die “legal-price-info” doppelt angezeigt, einmal korrekt, direkt unter dem Preis, und einmal zus?tzlich unter dem “In den Warenkorb”-Button.
Ich m?chte nun die Anzeige unter dem “In den Warenkorb”-Button entfernen, finde hierzu aber keinen Ansatz.

Performance issues on a VPS

Currently I’m running an instance of WP + Woocommerce on a VPS (5 core, 8gb RAM). A single user works just fine but when the site gets more users (100+) at the same time, all processors get 100% of use and the site stops working.

I’ve opened a ticket with the host (hostgator) but they couldn’t help me saying it was an applicaton issue. All cfg is up to date (PHP, wp, woo and plugins).
I don’t know what to do anymore or what to look into.
Any help is appreciated.

Error 524 Shopkeeper Demo Content Import

Hi there. I keep getting this code: Error: error (524) when I try to import the Shopkeeper demo content. It gives me this error whether I’m using Shopkeeper’s wizard or doing it from my dashboard.

Fix header layout

Hi. I’ve just bought and installed Shopkeeper theme that is compatible with woocommerce. I the customization block as I see the header layout is broken https://prnt.sc/rb11d1. It should look as in preview theme for sure (here it is:https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/home/lookbook-best-selling/ ) , but it doesn’t no matter what layout I’m choosing in customization panel. Does anyone knows how to fix it ?

Prices don’t show on Internet Explorer 11 on my theme

Hi Oscar,

I tested my website on Internet Explorer 11 and the prices are not showing at all.

I am using Shopkeeper theme.

I temporarily activated Storefront and the prices would appear.

Trying to find out what could cause the issue, I temporarily deleted the frontend.css from the assets >> css folder in your plugin, and the prices showed up correctly on IE 11.

Do you have any suggestion on how to deal with this?

note: Not all of my products have prices on.
Also, I have discontinued products showing “This product is no longer available” -by using “Discontinued Products” plugin and it works on IE 11 – I see “This product is no longer available” inside class=”price”.
