How about support for short link domains?
The short URL service is nice.. but not really short! 
I have a much shorter domain, could you imagine support for that in the plugin?
Its not a big deal – I guess I could just set up Shlink or somesuch and just run links through that – but perhaps its something you could think about?

How are “linked post” entries generated in the Links page, it seems automated? Is it any page on the website that contains one or more shortened URLS?
If so, is there a way to see which shortened links are on a linked post? It would be very helpful to see a list of links per post.
Perhaps a section could be added to the Edit view of a linked post link, or even better, from the Links table, have the linked post table row be expandable to show the list of shortened links without having to go into the Edit view.
Would this be added in a upcoming update?
