Excerpts removing ‘Boldface’

I write my posts in boldface and posts are displayed in boldface.
But this plugin removes boldface when applied. Bug or feature?

Titles cut off

Hi,

I’ve got a tiled gallery on my front page that is showing images of different sizes and has the byline showing the title. For most of them it works perfectly, no matter the length of the title or the size of the tile.
However, there is one of them that gets cut off after the first word and an ellipsis is added. It is for a tile that has 50% max-width. I cannot work out why this cut off is happening.

Do you have any ideas on how to get it to show the full title?

I am trying to display an excerpt as shown in your examples. Although I have an excerpt length set, and have tried both Auto Excerpt on and off, the entire post is being shown. I am using the widget. Is there something else I should be doing?

Truncated Title/Alt Text

hi there
awesome plugin! i’ve noticed that after i’ve defined the field for title and alt text in the MLA plugin, both of those field are truncated/cut off in the image library upon upload. i’ve been manually copy-pasting the full title/alt text for every images, but this is of course a huge pain. how do i lengthen these text fields so that they read the entire title/alt text string?

First of all, I’d like to say your plugin is very useful and well-made, thanks you for sharing.

I just have a problem with recommandation boxes. I use the plugin on my blog to display two recommandations but one of them seems too big and is partially displayed, the bottom is missing with the name of the recommander. (https://iampy.com/portfolio/).

I have changed all the parameters to make the boxes bigger but it still doesn’t work.

Titles on slider being truncated

On the slider, the titles of the articles are often missing the last word. This began when I updated the leaf theme. The same thing happens in both Explorer 9 and Firefox 18. The title only gets truncated sometimes.

Shortened automatic excerpt outside the loop

I’m building a theme which has the most recent post image, title and excerpt on the front page for each category. My problem is that I can only get the manual excerpt to appear at a full 55 words.

I have a shortened automatic excerpt elsewhere on category.php – but within the loop, using the_excerpt() and this in my functions file:

function custom_excerpt_length( $length ) {
	return 10;
}
add_filter( 'excerpt_length', 'custom_excerpt_length', 999 );

Ideally, to fit with the theme layout, and for ease of use, I want to be able to display an automatic excerpt of about 10-20 words outside the loop on my homepage. Is this possible?

I think SexyBookmarks has a problem with bit.ly, when I look into my account I see heaps of infinite links, and I’m almost sure they’re being generated by the plugin. Is that normal?!
