Hi all,

I have recently taken over maintaining my company’s website but I am unsure of how the previous employee managed to upload the pictures/lightbox videos on this page: https://www.captive-media.co.uk/test-games/ under ‘Our games’. I would like to add some more ‘games’ but I can’t work out how to do it.

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

Unwanted text on 2011 Showcase page

I’m using a Showcase page in theme 2011. In the Featured Post section the words “Print PDF” appear before the first words of text. They appear regardless of the post.

The cause seems to be the plugin. The words disappear when I deactivate the plugin. I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling. Same result.

I don’t seem to have the problem with other post locations.

2011 – ShowCase Template – How to add sidebar content

I have a front page using the showcase template. I’d like to add some “hot news” type content in the LH sidebar aside the list of recent posts:

What is the best method of doing this – do I have to fiddle with the template code or can I use a widget ( these only work on blog pages ? ). Any guidance here appreciated. Thanks.

However my site dose not show the slideshow or the black menu on the side. The site is for my local church, a small charity helping the people of london and im trying to help them.

I moved my wordpress.com site to a .org site where it’s hosted by godaddy.com. I had everything how i wanted it before the move, but now the theme looks much different. I’d like to be able to make the body white as well bringing the “showcase page” template back? Any ideas?

Oxygen – sticky posts not showing in slider

I can only get one sticky post to show in my slider. Even then the posts won’t show in recent articles. I am using the showcase page as my home static page. I need help with this. Everything was working fine – now, I have no idea. My content is there but I can’t see it. HELP! My deadline is Sept 4.

Twenty Eleven – Width of posts

I’m having a problem squeezing some of my content into the standard post options in Twenty Eleven. (I do have a child theme installed for customizing.) I’m attempting to display some wide dynamic content. On pages I can display it correctly in the ‘Showcase’ template. I cannot get it to display in any of the post options. I’ve attempted to adjust the width of the content as follows:
Changed:

#content {
margin: 0 34% 0 7.6%;
width: 58.4%;
}

TO:

#content {
margin: 0 14% 0 7.6%;
width: 78.4%;
}

As an example, my page https://pghtix.com/tickets2/?evtid=1807418&event=Van+Halen displays correctly while similar post at https://pghtix.com/roger-waters-in-pittsburgh/ squashes the map image on the left side.
