This should be a simple Additional CSS solution, but all of the code I’ve tried is ineffective. I have a feeling it’s because of theme-specific language, but I can’t figure it out.
Example of the single post page I’m editing: https://jxz.d21.myftpupload.com/2022/12/20/let-go-of-judging-others-it-does-no-good/
Can anyone help?

What I am struggling with is that for pages, in general, the goal is quite different than with posts, you want big images, columns while on the posts pages you want it to be more narrow, making it easier to read since it is more text heavy in general.
So I was wondering if we could have different width settings for pages and post.
Thank you

I need to either crop the post page image to show the bird at its eye level, or use a completely new image for the post/page pages. I can’t figure out how to do either.

You can see the breadcrumb generator follows the appropriate path for the main job board.
But, when you click on the test job I’ve added, the breadcrumb does not contain the full path. It only contains /job/test-job, even though I’ve changed the setting to the Employment page at the above link.
Here is the link to the single job post:
https://weavervillenc.staging.wpengine.com/job/test-job/
As you can see, it doesn’t follow the same path and retains “/job/, when I want it to follow the same convention.

I tried bread crumbs, but that links back to Home.
I want to go from a single post page, back to the page from where I came.
This is the page I want to return to.

]]>We’ve just noticed that when you go to the blog page of our site (https://www.love-yourself-naturally.com/articles/) and click on a post link, it takes you to a page where there is just an excerpt of the post instead of the single post page.
In the “post specifics” area of the settings, we’ve got the blog page set as 3 columns of excerpted posts. And when you click one of the posts, the page looks like the blog page but with just one excerpted post.
We’ve tried changing the number of columns and removing the excerpts, and this fixes the single post page… but also changes the blog page layout.
We have been making a few updates to the site recently, but just with regard to colours, fonts, images, etc. So no idea what’s going on.
Any ideas? All thoughts welcome.
We’re using Weaver II theme with White subtheme.
To answer a question asked in a different forum (when I was told to post here), yes the theme does still have its template file single.php.
