I am not technically inclined.

I cannot get to my WordPress site.

What do I do to bring it back???

Hello,

I have a problem with my website: https://regentechinc.com/ and am in need of assistance.

I should first mention that I was not the one who made this website, an acquaintance of an acquaintance helped set up the site and then gave me the log in credentials. Unfortunately I cannot get in contact with this person and I do not know anything about making a website or coding so please bear with me.

In case you need to know, the logins that I was given include ones for GoDaddy, WordPress, and cPanel/FTP.

As for the problem: all the content on the site has disappeared and only shows a sample page with things such as Hello world, this is your first post, etc. I am unsure when exactly this change happened but the sample post is dated Feb 22,2020 so perhaps then?

In an attempt at fixing the website, I tried to log in through the login URL that was given to me (regentechinc.com/regenlogin) but this URL no longer exist. The only login page that I can find is https://regentechinc.com/wp-login.php but when I try to log in using the credentials that were given to me, it says username does not exist. However, under web applications in cPanel, it shows the same login username as the administrator username for the website. I’m not really sure why I cannot log in and without being able to log in, I don’t know how to fix the website.

I am not sure what I should do from here so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If there is any additional information required, please let me know.

Updated my site and now it is inaccessible either by typing the address or in admin. Admin shows no posts, no content, nothing. This is what I get when I search for my site:

Site disappeared after switch to https

I switched on the https yesterday, but it went horribly wrong, because my site now disappeared completely.

I cannot login to fix this, because also the login page is not accessible anymore

All site disappeared on-line and Blank Pages on WordPress Editor after login

Hi
I went to view my site www.whitby-cottage.co.uk online tonight and found no site at all. After logging in to WordPress to check out why, anything I pick on in the Left Hand Menu (ie: dashboard, appearance, users, tools etc) only give me a total white blank page on the right of the menu. If in the same area I pick on ‘Media’, ‘Pages’ or anything else the same result. At the moment I no longer appear to have a website or the ability to edit anything as it can’t be seen.

I have 3 other sites shown below, all running on the same server and working fine:

Can someone point me in the right direction to get my ‘Master’ site up and running again please?. Hi there,

So my site is gone. But not the kind of gone where I can still log in and check my files and folders. No, it’s gone entirely. I log in with my user details into WP Admin, and I only get the option to ‘Create Site’ …

There is nothing left from my original website.

I haven’t been on my WP for many months (3 or so) and wanted to start again. I don’t know what happened.

I am a noob to WP (which is why I had the site, to familiarise myself), so most likely, I am missing something very obvious here.

I was on my site last night doing some editing and i hit the update now button. Right away my site went white. I hit the back button and it brought me back to my dashboard. However, none of my links work and now nobody can see my site, it’s down. The bad part is i had to re-register because i was not receiving email as i was trying to change my password. Apparently, my email address was different. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciated it. I’m not too web savvy. my web address is www.bumpcityreunionband.com and my user name is [removed]. That’s about all i know at this point. I could really use someone help.

Website Can't Be Accessed Due to Error Relating to Woo

Hi,

When visiting my website the other day (WordPress with Be Theme), I realized it had disappeared and been replaced with an error message.

Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data03/74/2742874/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

I have no idea what happened. Maybe something has been updated automatically that’s messed with the site but I don’t know what? Last thing I did was publish a blog weeks ago and then everything was fine. I haven’t touched the plugins and I can’t even access them right now. There’s just a message saying “Error fetching plugins.”

I’m guessing it must be some update with Be Theme or a plugin that has automatically happened and not worked out. I contacted be Theme who told me they’d never seen anything like it and told me it was to do with Woo.

To get to the backend I have to access it by switching sites from another WordPress site I have. I can’t access the wp-login as I get the same error message.

Any help appreciated.
