After updating wordpress 6.1.1 my old running site disappeared

my side pose running on wordpress version 6.1, I saw and update of wordpress 6.1.1 so I chosen to update the same and I have taken a backup before that.

after I updated my site my old site was totally gone and I am not able to restore it

I have also found that by old themes are not visible.

also my old themes and plugins are not visible

I have tried to restore from the backups but I could not get my old site back please help me how can I get out of this problem

Site stops working on adding any plugin

Hey guys. Trying to build a new site on localhost. But the site is active when no plugin is added, but stops opening upon adding any plugin. I tried adding elementor and envato elements. Both cases the same issue. Can’t share the url since it is in localhost. Sharing link for loom video showing the issue.

Half of site not showing

Hi all – sorry bit of a novice here. I run a talent agency and recently (last couple of weeks maybe) the website in the admin part shows all is great and normal. For anyone else logging in though they only get half of the landing page and the links don’t work.
I have been in touch with the hosting site and already done all the updates, checked health, deleted cache and also restored the site back by 2 weeks – I cant seem to go back further.
I have got the landing page to show its under maintenance but am really stumped now why it shows fine in admin but not for anyone else?
Any help very much appreciated – as I said I am a novice so don’t know coding. I am currently using WordPress 6:00 running the Antreas theme

Site not working after migration

Hi,

After migrating my website from a domain to another I lost all functionality. Accessing the website I get a blank page and the backoffice is only possible to access in Recovery Mode and all the original content seems to be there. I wasn’t able to detect any issue so far and I’m not sure how to diagnose the problem.

Site unresponsive showing error message

I have transferred my domain and site to a new server (vps) following the same procedures as i have done with many other transfers ie database, back-ups all using ftp etc but with this site i am receiving an error message. Upon further inspection having checked the logs status it shows an error/warning message as follows;

AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/etc/wordpress/config.ini) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/virtual-tours-uk.co.uk/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/virtual-tours-uk.co.uk/httpdocs/PROD/wp-content/plugins/1and1-wordpress-assistant/inc/config.php on line 213’

What does this mean and how can i fix it. My server provider have informed that this is a wordpress issue and they cannot help.

I have lost the bottom half of me Home Page including the Footer.

I went into my website the other day and found only the top half of the Home Page was there and the Learning Centre page had lost all it’s contents (Blogs). You can see this page https://www.mortgageinterchange.com.au/about-us/ from there you can at least view the rest of the site. Any help to fix would be greatly appreciated.

database needs repair. not working

website is not working . tried using the repair funciton in WP.
it gave me these errors:

I have a a website for a few years. Suddenly it is gone. No Google search found.
[ Moderated: Offensive language redacted. ] I can’t talk to anyone at Woo.org.. because there isnt anyone. But it is doqn and my customers cannot find me. Sales went to zero. I dont know what to do .
