I love your plugin, and I recently bought the pro version!
I use Wordfence for security scans, and a recent scan confirmed a vulnerability with the plugin. I can see on Wordfence site that there’s a patched version already, but it appears the vulnerability is on the standard plugin: https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/wordpress-plugins/blog-designer-pack/news-blog-designer-pack-wordpress-blog-plugin-341-unauthenticated-remote-code-execution
My pro version is different. There isn’t an update available, and the version differs to the standard plugin version, of course. But it keeps getting flagged in a Wordfence scan. What should I do? Should I remove your pro plugin for the interim? Or is it being shown in error by Wordfence?
Many thanks!
]]>I’m running into a bit of a head-scratcher with my website and could use your expertise. Here’s what I’m working on and could use some help with:
/my-shop/
to /shop/
. I previously had a page at /shop/
, but I deleted it completely from the backend and even cleared the cache. Despite this, /shop/
is still being used by the old page that should no longer exist, and it’s taking up the slug space. Any ideas on how to get /shop/
freed up and functional again? Thanks a ton for any help you can offer. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions as I really just wanna get this show on the road aha!
Thanks all

The tradeoff is of course, customers won’t be too happy if they can’t use pickles123
]]>I have two problems. The first is something I can live with, so this is just to let you know about it, rather than help me with it.
When setting up 2FA, I received the code to activate it by email, but when signing in after, I did not. Luckily, my WordPress is Easy-wp from Namecheap, so was able to access from there. I am using the “Two Factor Authentication” plugin now, so that works.
For the second issue, I would appreciate some help, please. This is mostly about making back-ups of WordPress. I tried SiteLock, when I had your Anti-Spam, but not yet your Site Security and it got blocked. I got the SiteLock mostly running, but decided not to use it anyway.
Installed Site Security and neither Backuply, UpdraftPlus nor BackWPup were able to finish back-ups. Backuply worked before installing Site Security. I can make manual back-ups from the Easy-wp panel. I can see in logs, that Backuply is being blocked by Site Security. Furthermore, I have not found what is blocked with UpdraftPlus and BackWPup. I would like to use Backuply, or if that would not be possible for some reason, then BackWPup to back up to Dropbox. The Easy-wp back-up is manual and stored in the WordPress server, taking too much space.
