I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I encountered after updating to the latest version of Yith Product Add-Ons. Unfortunately, it seems that this new version is not compatible with Siteground Optimizer, as it has been in the past.
The specific problem I am encountering is that after installing the new version of Yith Product Add-Ons, the plugin no longer functions as it did previously. The options associated with the add-ons fail to appear within the product page. Upon further investigation, I discovered that deactivating Siteground Optimizer resolves this issue, allowing the plugin to function properly once again.
While I understand the importance of Siteground Optimizer in optimizing the performance of my website and recognize its role in prioritizing speed, the functionality provided by Yith Product Add-Ons is also crucial for my site’s operations.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this compatibility issue between Yith Product Add-Ons and Siteground Optimizer. Is there a workaround or a solution that can allow both plugins to function harmoniously without compromising the speed optimizations provided by Siteground Optimizer?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue.
Sincerely,
Joanna Gil.
]]>I am encountering difficulties with product main images on my woocommerce shop.
I deactivated all plugins and found out the “Siteground optimizer” plugin creates this issue. Not activating this plugin is not an option, as this will make my shop marked as “safe”.
Theme: Woostify
Please note: I’m not a coding professional, but just trying to learn building a webshop on my own. I would like to know if I can fix this or if using another theme would solve this issue. I read that Woostify is one of the better themes and was very positive about the described features, but if another theme works well too let me know!
Kind regards, from NL,
Melissa
]]>I’m using the Siteground Optimizer media. And If use Image Compression stucks after a few images I left it all night and didn’t advance. Now I’m trying to use webP image converted and the same situation. After a few images converted It get stuck, time pass and the converting image number is still the same.
Thanks
]]>I’m using your plugin with GTM4WP and SiteGround Optimizer.
I think there’s an issue as when I accept cookies and reload the page, but this page doesn’t load the GTM code. If I go to another page of the site it’s loading the code but if i go back to the page where I accepted cookies it still doesn’t load the gtm.

This is extremely frustrating considering we use TrustIndex + Siteground Optimizer for a handful of client websites and now they all have this issue.
How do I resolve this? Thanks.
]]>For example, pictures don’t show https://ibb.co/bzjwFG0, some block and buttons are under footer https://ibb.co/C5ZKRtV . There are many such problematic details on the site, this is just an example. The migration was done by siteground-migration
Also, on the new test domain in the admin panel there is such a warning https://ibb.co/qJbgDGc
The original site and the new test site have a different folder structure. I do not know why. I think the optimizer rebuilt the structure and removed the css folder (or other folders and files):
Original site https://ibb.co/v1fbjtT
New test site https://ibb.co/8PxcTQ6
BUT if I go to the admin panel, then the new domain displays the old file structure before the migration and everything works correctly as before. And if I’m a regular user, then there are problems.
I also noticed that jquery does not connect correctly for the user.
How can I return the original display of the content on the new test site?

]]>After the latest WordPress 6.1.1 and Divi update, all my URL links became underlined. I contacted both WordPress and Divi, thinking this was an issue related to their latest update. As it turns out, the culprit was Siteground Optimizer. After deactivating the plugin, all links showed up normally again. Elegant themes investigated the issue.
You may want to inform the developers of Siteground Optimizer, that the latest release of either WordPress 6.1.1 or Divi Version: 4.19.1 is (in conjunction with Siteground Optimizer) is causing URL links to be underlined.
Cheers,
Walter
My WordPress site is hosted on Siteground and I am using Siteground Optimizer plugin to purge cache of my website directly from admin dashboard. Issue is, If I keep activated this plugin my UI disturbs. To purge cache, I have to activate the plugin every time.
