Problem with Page Sitemap

I have my website pages correctly configured in Yoast, with the index or noindex options, but even so, the sitemap does not show all those marked for indexing.

I have tried clearing cache and regenerating the XML sitemap from Yoast settings. I have also tried regenerating permalinks but it didn’t work.

Any idea what may be happening?

I add the filter to remove it in functions.php and it doesnt go away. How do I remove this URL?

Sitemap Save Changes Not Working

Hi,

I am using this plugin for one of my website Cargo Trailers For Sale

I am trying to update sitemap settings from admin panel and looks like it is not working…

When I enable include sitemap and click Save Settings it is not doing anything…

Instead all sitemap is showing right now… I cannot remove Taxonomies, Authors from sitemap… please help.

Products not coming up in sitemap

Products are not being picked up in the xml sitemap. In Post types I have selected “include products” but there are just 2 sitemaps generated: Pages and images (there are no products in them).

Any help would be appreciated.

Sitemap does not load in Firefox

Somewhere in the last few days, my sitemap has stopped working in Firefox. It’s loading just fine in Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox (latest version 69.0.3).

The page just keeps loading but never shows anything. The same goes for the sitemap sub pages.

I’ve tried the following:
– emptied the browser cache
– disabled all other plugins
– removed yoast latest version and tested with 12.0 and 11.0
– none of these solutions help.

I’m also experiencing the exact same problem with all of the websites I manage. A few examples:

I’m not sure when it started, but it cannot be very more than a few weeks.

No sitemap found. Maybe it’s being generated.

Hello, I used XML Sitemap generator (All in one SEO) before. I installed Jetpack and close XML Sitemap. But nothing changed. I delete Jetpack/All in One Seo and reinstall them again and again but nothing happen.

I can reach https://www.sharetextures.com/new-sitemap.xml
I cleared cache too.

I am getting following error when testing my sitemap with google sitemap tester. Here is the error:
We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit. Network unreachable: Network unreachable

How to resolve it?

Image sitemap shows 404 error. Can't generate Sitemap of Next Gen gallery.

Hi, Yoast developers.
I’m using latest version of next gen gallery with latest version of yoast plugin.
It’s working perfectly fine except the sitemap.
Yoast SEO is unable to generate sitemap of all the image galleries. It gives 404 error. All other sitemap pages are working just fine.

My site : simolex.com

Sitemap : https://simolex.com/sitemap_index.xml

Nextgen gallery sitemap (this shows 404 error): https://simolex.com/ngg_tag-sitemap.xml

Please guide me to appropriate solution.

Bug? printing pages at top and losing header/footer

Hey guys,
I’m trying to use this plugin on a site that has the “velocity” them installed on it and I’m having some issues. I have used this plugin on two other installations (not the same themes) and have had no issue whatsoever. When I go to my archive page I am getting a display of all pages in line on the top of the page. In addition to this annoyance, I am losing my header and footer on this particular page

Sitemaps Causing Issues

So I don’t know if it’s my lack of expertise with WordPress or something else, but no matter what I do Google seems to have a problem indexing the pages.

Hosting: GoDaddy
Total Pages: 8
Total Indexed: 0
Sitemaps Display: “0 URLs submitted”
Sitemap Status: “Pending” (Has been for weeks)

Passes the Index “Test” displaying 8 Web Pages submitted, no errors found. As I’m typing this I attempted to “Fetch as Google” which I did yesterday without a problem. Now it says “Temporarily unreachable” even though the site is up & fine.

I’ve NEVER had any of these issues with 30+ sites that aren’t using WordPress.

The last sitemap plugin I used randomly stopped working, and the built-in Sitemap creator never seemed to work in the first place.

What am I doing wrong here?
