I looked this problem up and followed the suggestions that may apply: I have already gone through and removed them all, turned off slider and then started over. It did not work. I have already deactivated all my plug-ins and that did not work. I added each one back and checked after each and it did not work.

Any more suggestions?

Every plugin I use is needed. Am I going to have to replace Metaslider? This is a live site, I can’t just go flipping off themes. It is using GeneratePress Premium,

also using Wordfence, Ninjaforms, Monster Insights, SiteOrigin Pagebuilder, and a few others.

All of these are common popular plugins.

We’ve made no changes to it for quite some time. I even tried creating an entirely new slider and adding the shortcode and it too does not work.

We have the latest version of the plugin.

First of all, a very big thank you for such a nicely written and functional plugin. This plugin has improved the page load times on my website by a great margin.

I,however,encountered a problem with this plugin. The theme’s slider has stopped working entirely (shows a “loading” message). The website link is https://partythemeideas.org/

all plug ins were deactivated. slider still doesn’t work. and now a small black square appears under the slider.

any hints on next step?

I hired a gentleman to customize the site. would like to try and resolve rather than having to hire him to fix this.
