New site slow to load and internal links do not work

I have a new WP site that I have not yet modified or added any content. It is running on Ubuntu with LAMP, on EC2 in AWS. The first thing I noticed is that it takes 20 seconds or longer to load after typing the URL in any browser. Then when I tried some links, like to the Sample Page or the Title name, the links point to a different IP address than the home page and fail. When I fist set it up I was able to enter wp-admin, but now that fails as well. I believe that I first accessed it with the IP and then added the domain name information and it might be that is the only difference. I am sure there are config files that I can examine but I am not sure which ones. Of course I am already aware of wp-config.conf but that is correct. I am not even positive it is a WP issue, but it does seem most likely. I have also used some domain and website health checking tools and all seems ok. Thank you

Slow loading from youtube

Hello,

All of sudden, many products on my site started to load super slowly – more than 20 seconds. As I can see in the dev tools, this comes from youtube videos added by the plugin. It happens randomly, for example, only after the third refresh the requests are slowed down. So to reproduce it you’d need to go through some random products with a video in the gallery. That’s a drastical change in page load

Do you know what can cause this?

The latest version of WordPress and all plug-ins…Gutenberg editor…front end and especially the back end are running very slowly today. When I used the Youtube block in Gutenberg, it didn’t load properly…then everything started to slow down. Despite my attempts to fix it, I have had no success. My cache has been cleared…I have de-activated and reactivated my plug-ins…but no luck..I am new to websites.. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello.

I made a website for my collage, which was pretty fast in the begining but now it loads in around 30 seconds on mobile. I tryed to investigate the issue, but i could not fix it fully. If anyone has a hint what could help me increase the site’s speed, I would appreciate.

The website is a onepage { link is below }
I have 15 plugins enabled, which includes LiteSpeed Cache plugin, to optimize css, js, cache, lazyload etc. but it did not seem to help me. The server is definitely fine, and cloudflare settings too.

Site seemed to have slowed down

Hi, I recently installed the plug in, automatically converted all the available pictures on the site but the website load time seemed to have slowed down. Did anyone have a similar problem? I checked the settings and everything was enabled for it to work well. What else could have slowed down the load speed?

wp-o made site slower

I just set up wp-o for the first time on our site [ redundant link removed ] and whatever I did apparently was wrong. After setting up wp-o gtmetrix gave our site an E grade. It said we should eliminate 1. eliminate render blocking resources, 2. Avoid enormous network payloads and 3. Avoid chaining critical requests. These criticisms did not appear before I used wp-o. I appreciate your help and thank you in advance.

Calendar takes 10 seconds to load

With a simple twentythirteen plugin and no other plugins other than the Appointment Calendar, the page loads quickly but there is a 10 second delay before the calendar shows. Any ideas?

Post editor slow to completely load – categories, tags etc slow to appear

My site was working quite quickly. But now when I open a post to edit it, the main editing window opens quickly. However, in the sidebar in the Post section, Categories, Tags and Featured image take a long time to appear. Sometimes 5-10 seconds after I’m able to edit text.

I’ve noticed that the WordPress logo in the top-left of the screen that I can click to go back to the dashboard, doesn’t appear until everything else on the page has finished loading.

I’ve tried disabling some plugins, one at a time, but nothing seems to make a difference. I’ve tried checking the developer console in Chrome and looking for anything obvious (to a non-web-dev like me).

I wonder if anyone has any obvious things to try to fix the issue, or to at least track down what’s causing it.

We use this plugin with a lot of videos from YouTube. Is there anything i can do to put videos load only when i click on the icons?
