For my site I want to give the buyer a discount when they order an even amount. I have now used a plugin to set pricing for 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9+. But this is a quite dirty way of doing this, also this will stop working after 9 as it wil return to default price for 1 piece.

Does Woocommerce support this or is there a plugin which can make this happen?

There seems to be an issue with Smart Coupons for Woocommerce plugin and Mypos, when we activate a gift card it throws an error “Invalid Payment Method”

I need some urgent support on this case as customers are waiting to use their gift vouchers.

Unable to Request Refund for Woocommerce Plugin – Smart Coupons

I have purchased Smart Coupons for Woocommerce (Store Apps) from the Woocommerce store. A 30 day moneyback guarantee exists for this plugin. The instructions mention that to request refund you must click on the ellipsis icon from the orders page in your Woocommerce Dashboard and select Request a Refubnd. I am unable to find the ellipsis icon for my order. It has only been 3 days since I purchased the plugin. Whenever I file a support ticket, it goes to the Store Apps team and they ask me to contact the Woocommerce Team for the refund. How should I proceed? There is no chat option available either! And every time I file a ticket it goes to the Store Apps Team. I need this refund to be processed urgently.

Hi there,

I’m trying to test something using the plugin but I don’t believe it’s possible.

Soon, we’ll be selling ‘patterns’ at 50% off using a code (pattern50) to automatically apply at the cart that reduces the price by 50%.

BUT, we’d also like to give the customer the option of a further 10% off ‘yarn’, when 5 patterns are added to the cart.

I’ve tested a few things, but cannot see if this is really possible.

I guess there are 2 coupons that would need to be at work, one to apply the 50% discount on patterns, but another that knows when 5 patterns have been added to the cart that offers a 10% discount on any ‘yarn’ purchase added to the cart.

The issue is, the ‘patterns’ must remain discounted at 50%, but then any ‘yarn’ added to the cart after ‘5 patterns’ have been added to the cart are discounted ‘10%’, without affecting the 50% off patterns.

Any thoughts?

Coupons are not showing on My Coupons

Hi, after the latest update I have added this code on my function.php file add_filter(‘wt_smart_coupon_display_invalid_coupons’, ‘__return_true’);
but the coupons are still not showing on My Coupons page under Available Coupons.

Please, assist me on this as soon as possible. Thank you.
