Hello

I am using wp-rocket cache plugin and serving images via CDN. All of a sudden no fb, twitter image are showing anymore when sharing links.

Hello, I have a suggestion concerning the image sizes in social media.

It seems, right know the plugin can only *crop* the present images to get them on the right size.

I have a WooCommerce shop and all the product images are quadratic (square). So, unfortunately the cropping sometimes gives unpleasant results.

Especially with Facebook where there is an image needed which has only half of the height.

What about an option for not cropping – but enlarging with plain background? (and then resizing to the maximum size, of course)

Twitter Image Always Too Large

When I go into the Yoast SEO Premium Social tab to enter/see text & images for my Twitter & Facebook accounts, the Facebook image is usually the correct size, but no matter how small I make the Twitter image, it’s always too big. Even when I use a 200 x 200 pixel image, it’s way too big. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do to make my images fit in the Twitter preview space?

Error with Twitter and other bugs

Just did the latest update a couple of days and there are bugs all over the place. Many are minor but the biggest one is that they will not let me add a twitter image under social. Also, the various categories, additional readability now do not stay open when I save updates to my posts.

I am using WP SEO by Yoast and I’m trying to add a specific Twitter image on the Social tab on my post, but the field does save the file I select. I have no problem selecting the Facebook social image.

Is there a size limitation? I’ve got the image set with the suggest pixel height and width.

I’ve installed Social Butterfly and am having a problem with the social media images. It seems that Social Butterfly is using the social images that come with the theme and not the ones with the plugin.

The images do not look very good.

Any ideas on how to get the images from the plugin working.

Hi,
I use a genesis theme and like to get to change the default images for the social icons, par example for the black and white images you use in the admin of floating social bar.
Is that possible.
