1. login to the admin
2. go into Jetpack -> My Jetpack
3. click Social -> Manage
4. Click “Connect your social media accounts”
5. Click “Connect” button on either facebook or twitter and then login to your social account and grant access
6. You then get the error message – 500 status code for “POST /sites/*********/publicize-connections/new”
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

]]>I am by no means an expert and this has been a bit of a learning curve for me, could someone help me out? Using the free version of Ultimate FAQ.
Also, FAQs are displaying like blog posts, large bold letter for the title, with answer underneath. Can I not make this appear any different using the free version?
I may be doing something wrong.
Bottom line, I’m trying to create a simple faq where my users will click the title of the question, and an answer will appear below, but otherwise answer is hidden. No colors styles or fonts. Can I do this with the free version, and how do I make the “Read more >” button go away?
]]>Any ideas please?!?!?
]]>Currently if I add social media to a profile page, the icon appears on the profile (great!), but when you click on it I am redirected to the link. Thanks for your support.
]]>Please advise.
]]>For instance, I have a website called Watch My Movie Trailer at www.watchmymovietrailer.com.
I can link to additional social media pages that I have created.
I would like individual account holders on the website to link to their social media pages. So, if an individual user has Facebook, Twitter, or other social media page, that user could enter a link to their Facebook, Twitter or other page so that visitors to their Watch My Movie Trailer page could simply click on the respective icon on Watch My Movie Trailer and go to that user’s social media page.
In summary, right now, as it stands, this widget only works for to add a single link for each social media website. I’m wondering if it can be modified so that each page can have individualized links of their own to the social media pages.
