Sold Individually Keeps Resetting to Enabled

Hi, we’re having the same problem ID’d in another thread with not being able to disable the “sold individually” feature. We’ve tried the bulk edit workaround ID’d in that thread. But it only works for about 24 hrs & then resets again to restrict our customers from being able to buy more than 1 of the items at a time. Please help!

Hi, we have a product that has “Sold individually: Limit purchases to 1 item per order” checked

That product can be purchased as a subscription and as a regular product which was enabled with WooCoomerce Subscription addon-s. Now we want to disable purchase limit and we want to make it able for people so they can purchase more than one. The problem is, whenever I ucheck this: https://imgur.com/oBbiEGN and when I update the product, it says that the changes have been saved but the checkbox is still checked. I tried multiple times and I can’t remove “sold individually”

Can you please tell what can be the issue here? Or, if this can be changed through the phpmyadmin and database, please let me know what should I change and where

Sold Individually Automatically Checked

Hi,

I am having an issue with WooCommerce when making new products. On the inventory tab of the product after publishing it, it keeps ticking the “Sold Individually” box. After going back in, unchecking it and updating the product it re-enables it.

Please can I get help resolving this as it is causing issues in getting more products listed and affecting sales.

Sold individually has become the default

Hi – I have just uploaded over 700 products and found that woocmm has assigned ‘sold individually’ as default. I have been using woocomm for almost as long as woocmm has existed and I’ve never known this – normally the default is false.

For the record I use WP Allimport to do this so it might be a plugin thing but I use the import plugin all the time and again, I’ve never known this.

I guess I could use a plugin like Bulky to fix this but it still means unchecking ‘sold indviidually’ over 700 times (albeit not having to actually open every product)

Anyone got any odea how this could have happened and how I can fix it easily?

Plugin conflict with woocommerce

Hi. I think there is a conflict between this plugin and woocommerce in some areas. I am using latest versions as of today.

When I have the plugin active, I cannot mark products as virtual or enable sold individually option. I have to disable the plugin, update products and enable the plagin back again.

Also whn I added to have these fields enabled in the form, they are not enabled after the products are added from the form.

Is this something you could help with?

Hi All

I have an issue I cannot troubleshoot. I cannot add virtual products and I cannot enable sold individually option.

– after I add a product and check the “virtual” option, then publish/update, virtual option unchecks itself
– same for checking the sold individually option

Anyone else had this issue?

How to disable individual sale of an item

I wanted to disable single order of a specific item and wondered if anyone knows how to get this done! Our store wants to offer a sample size item to be ordered but since we offer free shipping on all orders, we want to allow this item to be ordered only when it’s paired with other items. And we are offering a bulk of these sample bottles to be ordered on its own. Thanks!

BUG with Sold Individually checkbox

When you setup a product, under the Inventory tab there is a SOLD INDIVIDUALLY checkbox which says “Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order”. This allows only quantity of 1 for the item and it can not be changed/increased.

When your plugin is activated and one of these items is being displayed, there is no quantity selection box (since the quantity can not be changed) and there is just a 1 stuck to the end of the product name.

First one shows your plugin activated. Notice the MP3 Appearing has a 1 at the very end of it (which is the quantity.
Ssecond one shows standard checkout screen with your plugin de-activated.

Woocommerce grouped products bug

I am having a problem with a woocommerce grouped products page.
The page I have created has multiple “Sold individually” items, but it only allows me to select the top item.

I have tried disabling all the plugins, but this made no difference.
I works fine when tested with the storefront theme.

Any ideas?
