Ignore “space” in the search query

Hello Author/Support,

I’m fairly new with the plugin and it works awesome, using the FREE version for now.

I’m just trying to know if it’s possible to ignore the “space” on the search query?

For example:
When I put “NTUSB” it shows the correct search results
but when I put “NT USB” (with space), it shows a completely different wrong search results.

Spacing Issues in Chrome

Plugin does not allow chat users to use the space bar when using Chrome. Space bar does not work – all words are connected. Space bar does work in Safari and Firefox.

I also cannot get the agent names and photos to update. The agent name, user settings and 3XC settings are all correct – however it still just says agent agent with the generic avatar.

Hi,

I have installed this plugin, however, when I press the spacebar to add space between words, nothing happens, and because of this the text is one continuous stream of letters- this is very irritating. Can someone please help me in fixing this issue.

Capturing spacebar press?

Have the 3CX webchat plugin installed, but not capturing the spacebar presses. Suggestion is the theme is capturing this. Can we fix this?

Any plugins to disable spacebar scroll on certain pages?

Have an arcade website and some games require the spacebar to play. The spacebar scrolls the page away from the game. Any plugins or CSS that can disable spacebar scroll on certain posts?

Cannot type a space at the end of last line

Using the classic editor, it stops accepting typed blank spaces at the end of a line. I’m not sure exactly what triggers this behavior, yet, but it is reproducible and consistently occurs at the end of a line – usually (always?) before a newline or end of text in the main body of the post.

Workaround: paste or type a word, move the cursor to the start of the word, type a space – delete any nonsense text when the post is complete. It appears that ONLY the spacebar is affected, and this behavior occurs on different PCs using Chrome browser. (I don’t feel like beta testing this release further; it doesn’t work properly in Chrome, but there’s a workaround and it’s adequate for now.)

Hey, I’m trying to create a short link to a file from my media library. When trying to use the short link, it doesn’t work. It seems like that since the file has spaces in its name, pretty-link removes them.

Core Media Player – Stop Space Bar From Stopping And Starting Audio?

Hi. I just upgraded to wordpress 3.8.1 from a much older version, and had to change my audio player, from a plugin I was happy with, but is no longer supported. The best solution I have found was the built in core media player (3.6?) — as far as looks, and function.

Unfortunately, there’s a problem with it. Space bar starts and stops the Audio, and you can not turn this feature off!

I’ve searched high and low, and cannot seem to find a solution to this.

I’m in the audio production business, and have an OLARK chat box on my site, that customers routinely go through audio samples, and chat with me about them through.

The problem is — if they try to type in the box, while listening to the samples, the space bar toggles the media player on and off — and they can’t type a space! This is very annoying, and I have not been able to find a work around.

The only instance where customers need to type is this chat box, so if there’s a known individual work around for that I’m open to it.

Spacebar scrolls when trying to type in field

I cannot type a space when editing in textfield. It scrolls like PageDown. Fields without help with formatting works fine. It’s when the plugin doesn’t load the “input” or “textarea”.. Then I can’t press spacebar without the browser window scrolling.

HELP!!
