I checked the forum and deactive the plugin with the complete deactivation and re-added the plugin and that worked for a few days and now the message is back.
]]>But worse, I accessed my site with Amazon Fire’s Silk Browser, and SpamFireWall seems to be stuck in a do-loop of “Please click the line below to pass the protection” with 3 sec countdown. The countdown gets to 0 then simply restarts -with no link available to click and bypass-. Plus it’s listing an IP address that is not mine (?). At first I thought Silk browser may be using a proxy/vpn, but if I go to a “what’s my IP?” website, it shows my own IP, not what SpamFireWall is displaying! SpamFireWall is showing “checking IP 151.106.8.108” – that is a France IP (I live in the US). All I can guess is that it is somehow confusing my own session with that of a spam bot’s. Please help..
]]>And then a link to this support forum. What would be next steps on this type of error?
Thanks
]]>We have the SpamFireWall 6.22 plugin installed and we have the following error when the SpamFireWall DB tries to update:
“An error occurred during the last SpamFireWall check. The SpamFireWall database is not up to date. Please try synchronizing with the cloud.”
Can you tell us what we should do to solve this problem?

]]>You have closed my previous ticket but the problem has not been solved. I have submitted a private ticket at your request but I have not received a solution for this problem, only the question if I want to create an admin account for you or clone the website? Unfortunately I can’t give you admin access or clone the website, I still hope that this problem can be solved.
An error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated.
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin is also not a solution.
Resynchronizing or clearing the SG cache also does not solve this, the problem persists. We only have this problem with Cleantalk on the multisite installation.
We get the following message if we choose “Complete deactivation”:
Warning: Undefined array key “pagenow” in /home/customer/www/*/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sg-cachepress/core/File_Cacher/File_Cacher.php online 982

Could you help please
We are running campaigns right now, and this is very detrimental.
Thanks for considering the urgency of this matter. This is the message that I am getting:
SpamFireWall is checking your browser and IP 95.158.43.44
for spam bots
Please click the link below to pass the protection,
https://www.azujenergia.hu/
Or you will be automatically redirected to the
requested page after 3 seconds.
The IP number belongs to an ukrainian company???? Which has nothing to do with my business. Can you please help?
]]>The question is what triggers the Spam Firewall? I’m doing it via a Chrome incognito window. I do this to test the affiliate program we have installed and if the query string ‘aff’ is registering in the system when it’s passed via the URL query string. I use incognito because I need to be logged in on the other browser window to see if the visits are being counted. The spam firewall doesn’t come up every time I use incognito window. It comes up very intermittently so it’s difficult to understand what’s triggering this. I’m worried that this will prejudice affiliates if it’s not working properly as then users will make purchases but they won’t be registered against the affiliate referrer.
