]]>The theme is unaltered.
The site uses many pages. The issue is that if you click on a page link on the sidebar, the resulting sidebar no longer shows link categories (that is, categories of static pages).
The sidebar, I believe, should always be the same, whether viewing a blog item or a static page. But it’s not. If you try it, you’ll see the sidebar shortens considerably.
When switching to a standard theme, the issue disappears, i.e. the menus stay constant.
Have tried to contact Becci, but no joy.
]]>I love the Almost Spring template, but before I start tweaking it I need to find out if the navigation options work. I’d like to put next_post and previous_post links at the top of all but the index page, but no matter what I try I can’t get it to work at all. On another blog I have (based on the “classic” theme), it was easy to get working, but with Almost Spring I can’t get any links to show no matter what I try — I’ve tried most of the alternatives here:
