INSTALLING SSL CERTIFICATES

Hello:

I am the owner of ReadyBe a company developing a new mHealth app. Our website at the link above needs to have SSL certificates which I purchased. But, we can’t seem to install them because domain.com doesn’t know who the server is! We hosted it here so why is this problem cropping up and how do we fix it please?

502 error trying to download?

Hi there
When i’m trying to download my newly create Cert, Key and CA Bundle files, i get a 502 Bad Gateway. Anyone know what i’m doing wrong?

Using the Really Simple SSL plugin makes adding an SSL certicicate to you WP website a real breeze.

Can’t change or add Certificate

This is a great plugin but I only gave it 3 star because it only discovers 1 certificate and that can’t be changed.

I need it to a wildcard certificate instead of the old free one and there are no options to find other, new or more certificates.

The current displays an image of the 1 cert it found and I feel it should display an image for every cert on the server with a option for something like a “Use as default” or “make this cert default” something like that.

As a result of the current status unless someone knows how I can change the current to my new one I will need to remove this plugin and search for one that finds the cert I need it to find.

Other than that for single cert it works perfectly.

My website was working fine until I installed SSL certificates plugin in my site. I tried uninstalling this in the admin panel but all in vain. Now the website is not loading and showing SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP. I’ve tried accessing my site through FTP Client Filezilla also but still unable to make any changes. Please help. Thanks

1.Will your firewall work with the free Bluehost SSL Certificate?
2.Will it work with CloudFlare? I have the basic free account, no firewall with it.
3.I have Sitelock, but no firewall with it. Will your plugin work with that?

Keeps asking to login

Hi, i see my clients having this issue, they login and when they change page in whmcs (wordpress area) they have to login again, and if they change page again they are asked to login again every page change they are asked to login again, offcourse after each time they login they are actually in their client area

Hi,

I’ve been working on an online store for a few weeks now and it’s almost ready.

But disaster has struck! I installed an SSL certificate on my site (I think)… I didn’t see anything happening to my site, and I didn’t see the https prefix on my url… so I was looking around. I ticked off a box in my WooCommerce settings, forcing secure checkout (and left another box that appeared unchecked that said “unforce when leaving secure checkout”.

And everything stayed the same. I should’ve gone to the cart page and beyond to see if my SSL was limited to the checkout screen… but I kept fiddling. And then I did something stupid!

I went to my General Settings, and changed the location of my WordPress site to https://electronic-smoke-shop.ca

Now I can’t get to my admin screen (Error 404 screen, with a link to send this error to the webmaster- which is me, right?) and my site looks like crap (still there, but nonsensical). It’s trying to go my secure site, which apparently doesn’t exist.

Please help! What can I do to restore the unsecure site?!
How do I get back to my WordPress admin screen?
I’ll worry about my SSL certificate later, but I need my site back.

I’m hoping somebody here can help me.
If not, I’ll have to start all over again… and that is devastating.
