I discovered this plugin after it was recommended by my Web Host. It simplifies converting your site to SSL. In my case, our Web Host provided the certificate free through Cloudflare. The free Simple SSL plugin provided the front end. As a result, the SSL was free. You should consult your Web Host to see what they offer on the back end.

We have never had an issue in well over a year. Highly recommended.

Image Breaking SSL

First off – I hope this is the right place to post this. If not, I’m really sorry!

I recently had a SSL certificate installed on my website, and ran Really Simple SSL (plugin) for the easy url conversion, but a single image didn’t get converted, and I’m uncertain what to do it fix it. All the other images converted to https except this one. It’s stuck as http

Seems like its on most of the store pages: https://aquascapes.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/placeholder1.png

I believe I just need to add a line into my css, like a .placeholder{display:none;}
but I’m uncertain if that would fix it, and if that’s even the correct syntax. Any help would be so awesome. Thank you in advance!! (The main issue is the website is really slow, and I think its because the ssl is hanging up on that image. Maybe.)

I was brought to my attention from my clients that my site wasn’t Https secure. I did a little research and was able to purchase a SSL certificate for my website. I then installed WordPress Https plugin. After I installed the plugin I noticed when I visit my site there is no Https padlock shown. I then called Godaddy for assistant, and apparently there are items in my site such as images or not secure. Godaddy advised me to ask my web designer guy to help me change the coding for those items. Unfortunately, my web guy had a falling out and we no longer are in contact with each other. Can anyone on here assist me on how to go about making these changes so that my site is fully secure? Thank you!

Iframe code redirecting my website

I have malware on my website,it looks to me as someone added an iframe code that redirects my site eleswhere. How do I redirect it back to my old address? Also does anyone know how to make every page utilize SSL security because I have a certificate but apparently its not on every page. PLEASE HELP!!
