There are 2 staff (e.g. Christina & Paul ) in the business, each offering multiple services (e.g. counseling, healing, acupuncture). So if a customer books a time slot for a massage with Christina, that same time slot is still available to be booked for a service with Paul, but obviously cannot be booked for another service with Christina.
I did notice you have a similar scenario in the ‘Consulting & Coaching website‘ demo use case. There you have 3 therapists. I tested it and I booked out a slot with Lauren Spencer. I went back in to book another session with Lauren Spencer and the time-slot I booked previously was unavailable – this is exactly what I would expect. However, I went in to book a session with Marcus Hudgings and that same time-slot was unavailable! This looks like a bug, because Marcus should still be available for booking in that time-slot.
]]>I’m guessing that this might be a simple fix, but I couldn’t find anything related to it either in the documentation or the plugin settings.
We have 2 staff members, but only one location. Thus, if an hourly interval is booked for one of the staff, that interval shouldn’t be available for the other staff member.
How could this be achieved?
