I′ve tried several different pages and I have purged the cache and used several different browsers on several different devices. But with the same poor result.

The front page is still only the theme′s default front page (the one with the happy woman on the phone).

I have also tried switching to other themes and at that point my custom front page show just fine. But as soon as i select and activate the Jadro theme, my front page is replaced with the default one.

I really like this theme and have built a site on it already. I would hate to have to change to another theme just because of this issue.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I _am_ able to change the template for other pages that are not the home page.

Am i missing something?

…couple of things to note:

1. This is the Raft theme. (in case i’m not posting in the right place)
2. I tried to create a copy of the default/home page template, modified it, and tried to switch to that as well, but that did not work either. There is one other template available that I tried to switch to (‘Blank Page – Only Content’) and that did not work either.
3. WordPress 6.1.1 — which i think is not supported nor tested yet for this theme.

Does anyone know how to display the posts and events together in one block on the home page?

When I try to either do a search or click on the menu on the start page on my site a transparent grey layer is appearing over the whole page. It is not possible to click.

I have tested in several browsers.
Cleared cashe.
Tested on several devices.
Same problem on all.

I have deactivated ALL plugins.
Still wrong.

I have changed pages as start page.
Still wrong.

Not I hope someone has any more solutions!

When I migrated, I used the migrator version of updraft. Everything worked great and the job was successfull. Yet when I enter the URL to the new site, the homepage is still shown from the old site. All other pages of the site display correctly, but the main start page is not show.

I have the log file.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this issue please let me know.

I started a new WordPress-Blog for the brother of my husband. He simply wants to share his art with the world. I decided for the Oblique-Theme and wrote 3 posts but they aren′t visible on the home page.

They′re all categorised under “Allgemein” and the start page should display the latest posts. (I choose in customizer)

Can you help me and tell me what to do?

So, on i.e. march 15, I would like it to first randomly show posts published on march 15, regardless of what year the posts were first published. When all posts published march 15 have been shown, it would then randomly show posts published on march 14 and march 16, then posts from march 13 and march 17, and so on.

My start page only displays 10 posts and then there is pagination at the bottom, so I would like the above to carry over to the next page as well.

Any clue how to do this?

Ps. I’m not very good at this so I need very specific instructions, thanks!

After the last update (for me: this weekend, Feb. 2019) a lot of settings were set to the standard and there is no more setting (in the customizer) for the saturation of the preview images on the start page!
Do I anything wrong or overlook anything?
Please, please help – unfortunately this is one of the key features for me.
