Need to know what files are included

I’m having trouble with a hacker at the moment, so I’m going thru all my files and folders trying to remove files that don’t belong. I found a break in under my /public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7 folder on one of my accounts… So, I’m working on another break in and found a file, stats.php in side the same folder on another server. I don’t see this file on any other domain that I have developed. Is this a file that contact form 7 uses? I don’t see anywhere where STATS are used in the plugin.

Prevent count of Administrators, not all logged in users

Running WordPress.com Stats version 1.8.1 on a self-hosted www.ads-software.com

I am looking to modify this plugin to prevent Super Admins and users of the Administrator role from being counted. I know I can disable the “Count the page views of registered users who are logged in” option in the plugin’s settings, but that doesn’t work for me because some of my visitors do register, and I’d like to utilize registrations more in the future. I want to count all visitors – logged in or out – except the main Admin account created during installation and my everyday Admin role account.

I found line 1298 of /plugins/stats/stats.php where stats_footer is added to the wp_footer hook. Upon adding an if statement around that which checked whether the user wasn’t super_admin nor an administrator role, I got an error message about wp_get_current_user() being called but not yet defined. Would someone please let me know how to perform my task?

Plugin Stats for blog in Joomla! site

Hi,

I have a site based on the Joomla! platform in which I have integrated a WordPress blog. The problem is that I don’t have any statistics for my blog. I wanted to install the Stats plugin offered by WordPress, but I don’t know where I can find ‘stats.php’ and ‘open-flash-chart.swf’. Can anyone help me, please?

Fatal Error after clicking on Blog Stats

Installing plugin

I’m trying to install stats.php. I used Blue Host’s unlimited FTP to upload stats.php to the plugins folder in the directory. The instructions say to then go to admin plugins, and activate the newly installed stats plug. But I don’s see the stats plugin on the admin plugins page. I see the two other plugins -akismet and hello dolly, but not stats.

How do I activate the stats plugin? I’ve already installed in the plugins directory. I can see it in the plugins directory.

I’m having trouble installing my first plugin…

each time I try to upload stats.php I get this message;

“File type does not meet security guidelines. Try another. Back to Image Uploading”

What am I doing wrong? I’ve never had a blog before so I’m a bit confused.
