]]>We received a complaint from a customer on our website because they received the same PayByBank Successful Payment email around 12 times. When I looked into it, indeed the order’s status had changed multiple times from paybybank-paid to processing and then back to paybank-paid. In the process, the relevant emails are also probably sent every time.
My guess is that either the bank sent the API request multiple times causing this or the scheduled action changes the status every time it runs, even though it shouldn’t.
Is there something we can do to avoid this?

]]>I install the plugin “custom order status for woocommerce”. Everything was set up according to the instruction. The new custom order status “Ready to Ship” is shown up in order list table and order detailed page. Email notification was set up correctly. But in both the order listing page and order detailed page, I cannot change the status to “Ready to Ship” but it was changed to “pending to payment” ( paid status of the plugin was turnt ON.
Pls advise what is the problem.
