The “Previous” button doesn’t work in multi-step forms (free version). Click and nothing happens. “Next” button works fine. All software are the latest versions.

Priduct Quantity Step not showing for all products

My woo commerce webshop has Product Quantity enabled in settings and the quantity step option enabled. The quantity step is set in the product category and has worked as intended for the last few years. Last week a customer complained that there was a fault on my shop, although order have come in since. I have now identified the fault to the fact that not all products are currently listing a minimum quantity (all set to 1) or a step quantity. Products that have these options can be ordered without problem but those not showing it create a teminal fault message. If I disable the quantity step in the settings, the option dissapears from the category and when I re enable it, it reappears. However, it makes no difference to the appearance on my products in the shop and even if I change the value of the step, the value shown on the webshop does not alter. How can I get the step value shown in the product category to display for the products in my shop?

I have a question.
I want to use the feature so that the product has a minimum quantity and is sold by quantity, but allows the addition of all products.
Example: I have 282 in stock, the minimum quantity is 70 and the quantity step is 70.
If I want to make purchases, I can add a maximum of 280 pieces. How can I make it so that I can purchase 282 pieces – i.e. all of them?

Forminator skips page that have required fields

Hi! I just noticed that if I have, for example, a pagination with more than 2 pages and while being in the first one I click on the third one on the pagination steps label, forminator will skip Page 2 even if this has required fields on it.
Is there some fix to this as I don’t want users to skip pages just because they are curious.

I have a website where I use the plugin. The issue arises when I finish filling out the data; if I press the “Go” button on the virtual keyboard on a mobile device instead of the “Continue” button on the form, it takes me to the end of the flow, skipping all the steps and sending the confirmation email of the form completed successfully.

3D file upload (STL, STEP etc) not allowed

I made a form for my customers to send a request for quotation. Unfortunately it seems that 3D files like STL, STEP etc. are not allowed to be uploaded. Even though I have specified these file formats in text as stated.

Here I found a solution which works for STL, but I cannot get the same thing work for STEP files.

Incompatibility with Mix/Max/Quantity Step Plugins

Hi there,

I’ve installed the plugin alongside a minimum quantity/maximum quantity/quantity step plugin on an e-commerce site I’m building and am finding that only the minimum quantity function works with the variation table. The maximum quantity and quantity step functions don’t work. For example, if I set 10 as the minimum quantity for a variation, the maximum quantity to 100, and the quantity step to 10, the table starts the count at 10 but the increment still increases by only 1 (as opposed to 10) and the count doesn’t stop at 100. This problem is only occurring within the variation table while all of the min/max/quantity step functions are all working in the WooCommerce cart page and the mini-cart.

Is this plugin at all compatible with min/max/quantity step plugins and if not, is it a feature that could be added to it as there are many e-commerce sites that could make use of this functionality?

Hello,

In cart and single-product, for example, for a minimum quantity and step of 1.44, if the customer enters 33, how could I avoid/skip the message:

“Please select a valid value. The two nearest valid values are 31.68 and 33.12”

such as the highest value, in this case 33.12, to be taken automatically by default?

Hello everyone,

We’d like to know is there a way to, make the timeslot start hour more flexible not display based on the service duration,

Eg: Service one – [45min] – Working Hours [9h-17h]
Actual timeslot display: 9h, next available hour9h45
Goals: The customer can choose to begin at 9h00 9h15 or 9h20 (any time in the working hour) without changing the service duration.
