as you can see from the link I need to modify the menu in page product. I noticed that get_header (‘shop’) is loaded in the archive-product template; but i can’t find the header-shop file, how can i edit the menu?

So, I installed Woocommerce and Storefront and now I am trying to solve this conundrum.
How in the earth I change the menu options of the theme?
I searched in the theme customization options, in the menu option of wordpress but couldn’t find the menu as such.

I am facing an issue with my header. It takes too much space (especially on Tablet- mobile) and it also has the menu almost “floating”. What can I do to make it proper?

I would like to place my Main Navigation Menu above the Header Slider instead of over the Header Slider or below it but I am unable to do that. I am using the Storefront Theme at present.

2.3.3 Update made header & menu full width of browser and responsive

After the update my header is now acting responsive (changing height with browser) and the logo is now absolute left (top left corner of browser window) and my cart menu (secondary nav) is extreme right. Before the update the header did not move if the browser window changed and the logo was within the website width (on left) and first & second navigation menu within the website.
Also this affects the parallex hero and a white gap appeared between this and the header when you change the browser window.

I just went back to my previous storefront version and all is well. Anyone any idea? Thank you.

Hello All,

I’ve been trying to modify storefront theme header for a couple of weeks now, but haven’t found my way around what I exactly want.

I simply want four things:

1. Decrease storefront header height.
2. Decrease storefront main navigation height.
3. Add a widget area beside the site logo. I want this widget area to contain a search bar “preferably woocommerce predictive search plugin widget” where the search bar starts from the right end of the logo until the end of the header.
4. Add widget area to storefront main navigation beside other menu items.

Random category name is displayed in header area (storefront)

In the header area is displayed random category name – I found some 2 years old forum threads about that and tried to fix according those but my page.php file does not have

. Probably has something change from that time. How to fix that bug? Where shall I add suggested code or is there new trick to solve the issue?:
