Let’s say I have a page in a folder structure in a DOMAIN like:
DOMAIN/etkinlikler/etkinlik-gecmisi/2018-2019_etkinlikler

Inside this page I have a problem with su_tabs. The simplified code is:

My problem:
When I click to the link inside first tab (#ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_2) to navigate to anchor in second tab (ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_2), nothing happens.

If I change the link in the first tab into…
<a href="/etkinlikler/etkinlik-gecmisi/2018-2019_etkinlikler/#ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_2"></a>
or
<a href="/etkinlikler/etkinlik-gecmisi/2018-2019_etkinlikler#ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_2"></a>
(no / before #)
… the link works correctly and displays the correct portion but for just a brief moment and then switches to TAB_1 and navigates to page bottom.

I tried this during both a preview editing session and also externally (how can I say? on a different browser session, without editing, only surfing); behaivor is the same.

The anchors within the same tab (not mentioned) works, but cross-tab anchors from first tab to second tab don’t.

I can correctly navigate to anchors inside first tab (TAB_1) from links inside second tab. But the issue I explained above happens only when I try to navigate anchors in second tab from first tab. I mean inverse is working:
I am able to navigate to anchors within first tab from second tab if only full path/slug is written.
<a href="/etkinlikler/etkinlik-gecmisi/2018-2019_etkinlikler/#ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_1"></a> works.
<a href="#ANCHOR_INSIDE_TAB_1"></a> does not work.

Also I tried the Tabs active CSS, is doesn’t work, as its overwritten by the “Tab, any state” (https://docs.getshortcodes.com/article/86-how-to-customize-tabs-shortcode).

I need the active – current tab to show the hover text-color, and when mouse over to show the inactive tab text-color.

Hope its clear, as I am not confusing whats needed.

first: thank you for this fantastic plugin. i use it in most of my projects.

now i have a problem.

i’m working with the twenty sixteen theme. when i insert a picture in article with the size-full class the vertical tabs break.

but with the difference, that my picture is outside of the tabs.

The problem in a nutshell is the su_tab function creates the tabs and they are hyperlinked (pointer changes to hand on mouse over) the links are not followed on click. Just dead air and crickets

I have an issue with shortcodes ultimate which boggles me – they seem to work within older posts like this one:

I’ve searched for day with no luck so it is either too simple or not possible to do. Using SU tabs, I have custom styled the tabs in the provided editor which works great.

I want to put different images in the tab label (span) for each tab.
I have assigned an ID to the span but SU doesn’t seem to see it.

The image insertion works without an ID but shows in all tabs in the class – one image only for all tabs in my tab classes that way and in general classes. It also works on hover for each tab in the document.

I guess my problem is not being able to target the ID for each span.

Any ideas?

Example:
In post the tab is ‘[su_tab id=”convtab2″ title=”Technical Information”]’

CSS:
‘.su-tabs.conversation-tabs .su-tabs-nav span#convtab2 {background: url(/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen-child/coreimages/clickheels.png); background-size: contain; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: right;}’

I’ve used ‘#convtab2’ alone, with one or both classes included etc.

Is it possible to program a link to open a closed tab in an instance using SU_tabs?

I have tab 3 as being open automatically, but want to refer to the contents of tab 2 from another page?

Is there a way to do this?
