Thank you for this plugin, it’s exactly what I needed! I wonder if the last part of the customer subject line which reads …your enquiry no is …. to something like your enquiry # is or enquiry number is? It appears to be hard coded somewhere (or maybe this is a pro feature?).

How to Remove Email Subject Prepend – “New Form Entry #3” From Email Subject

I can’t see to remove the pre-cursor on the Email subject line

“New Form Entry #3 for”

How do I do this? I’ve put in what I want for this line which is NEW WORK ORDER, but the app is prepending “New Form Entry #3 for” to the front and I want this to go away.

Line Breaks issue

I am sending Emails with this ‘Email to users‘ plugin but on the receiver’s side the mails come out with no line breaks but a block of text. Installed on my site is WP Mail SMTP with Sendinblue mailer to deliver my emails.

Kindly assist.

I’m trying to send a User Email Changed Confirmation email and I can’t seem to add a subject to the subject line. The subject line field is not showing like all of my other fields.

Shortcode in Email Subject Notification

Hi. I’m trying to use the shortcode %post_title% in the email subject, however it does not seem to work. However it works fine in the email body.

New issue following latest MailPoet update – looks like a bug.
Mailpoet 3 v 3.54.3
Mailpoet 3 Premium v 3.54.0

Problem: [subscriber:firstname | default:subscriber] in Notification Subject line

Notification email shortcode in Subject line picks wrong [firstname], and the name entered can be from a list to which they are not subscribed!

Shortcode displays correct [firstname] in message body, corresponding to the subscriber email.

Subject line glitches: subjects showing up blank + issues w/special characters

Hey all – first I’d like to acknowledge @rustaurius for helping me to best understand the ‘Custom Elements’ feature of this great plugin.

I’m having 2 strange bugs with subject lines:

1. When I “Email All Users”, the message shows up in their inboxes with a BLANK subject line, even though the email has a title.
This bug doesn’t happen when I send emails one user at a time.
Is there anything I’m missing that could be causing this?

2. When I put an apostrophe in the subject line and I send that message to a single user, the subject line shows in an inbox with a backslash “\” placed right before the apostrophe.
I.e. when I use the email title “Here’s your report,” the subject line shows up in user inbox as “Here\’s your report”.
What is causing this and what can I do to fix it?

Hi folks,
thank you for this plugin. I like it. But it seems, there is an error in email subject.
If I send “For each Post” the subject is used, as defined in the template (“new post: {TITLE}”).
But if I want to send a digest and define the Subject Line as “{COUNT} new posts” the received email subject is “[?kologische Plattform bei DER LINKEN] Once every five minutes Digest Email”. I don’t need the information about the sending interval. So the email subject could be one for all intervals. , “Digest Email” would be ok but it’s not necessary.
I couldn’t find out where “Once every five minutes Digest Email” comes from and didn’t find it in the pot-file. So cannot translate it.

Please help and give me the information how to change it.
