]]>The form on our website cannot be submitted if someone makes an error when filling it and fixes it. If they make a mistake and the validation detects this, the only way for them to submit the form is to refresh the page, fill in the form from scratch without errors, and only then can they proceed to pay and the form be submitted correctly.

I’m seeking help for an issue that only just started and I don’t know why it started in the first place. The last major change that took place on the website is the developers logging in to resolve something, and in doing so, I believe they created a child theme.
Now, there is an intermittent issue where sometimes form submissions don’t complete, with an error that goes on to say “contact the administrator.” In addition, email notifications are not working when forms do go through.
I tried to find a solution under, but when it came to Cache topics, I couldn’t find anything particularly for the Sucuri Plugin, which is the only security plugin installed with a cache feature. Otherwise, I’ve been flushing the Cache on the WordPress dashboard to no avail.
Any insight into what’s going on and how to fix it?

I see the word “quota limits”. Maybe it is because of some limitations for form submissions?
If it is so how can I see limitations info?
Are there really limitations? If it is so why there are limitations? Soon there will be many traffic on my site and there will be many submissions. Why limitations are there?

]]>The form is set up to automatically input the current date in YYYY/MM/DD format. Even selecting it in the pop up calendar in the field creates the same issue.
I was told at the end of March that Ninja Forms engineers were working on fixing it. In the meantime, it was recommended that I downgrade to Ninja Forms 3.6.7, which I have done for over a month.
When might we expect an update to repair this basic function?
