If you have a membership level that runs for 4 years, which is billed annually via stripe at the end of the 4 year period with the strip subscription be cancelled too?
]]>I’ve noticed over the last few days that our Woocommerce plugin has been creating multiple subscription renewals outside of the time when these renewals are supposed to be generated.
For example, if a customer had a monthly subscription that was due to be taken on the 15th of the month, then it has taken that one plus 2-3 others which it has generated in the last few days even though the subscription is set up as monthly only and should therefore only be taking a single payment and not several.
Does anyone had any idea why the plugin is acting in this way? Also, a lot of people use Go Cardless for their payments. Is it possible to refund these payments via Woocommerce as it doesn’t seem to be letting me even though I’ve had no issues with refund ones which have gone through Stripe.
Thanks!
]]>I’ve recently noticed that my Jetpack email subscriptions are being sent to subscribers in Spanish, even though the default language of my blog is English.
I subscribe to my own blog, just so I can see what is being sent out, which is how I caught this.
Anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it? Thanks for any assistance.

So like lets say you pay 5 dollars a month or something and you become a Contributor instead of a Subscriber.
If anyone could point in the right direction I would be very greatful!
]]>I have noticed tha several people have subscibed to my blog lately, but my stat counter does not seem to change. I use the subscription widget from Jetpack.
Any suggestions. Anyone else see that problem. Should I add a different plugin.

Mike

I’ve looked at a few plugins but none seem to work the way I want. Most recently I’ve looked at ALO EasyMail Newsletter, which looks great except for the fact that the ‘newsletters’ are just indications of blog posts, which isn’t really what I’m after.
Any recommendations?
