I’ve been getting emails telling me people have subscribed. I deleted the emails, thinking I could go to my site, and access some kind of a list that would show me all the people who have subscribed.
I tried to find this today, and can’t find a single name or email adress.

Where are they ??

Full text sent to subscribers instead of snippet

WordPress has suddenly started to send the entire content of a blog post to my subscribers instead of just a snippet. I have checked on my Settings → Reading and for ‘For Each Post in a Feed Include…’ I have ‘Excerpt’ checked and not ‘Full text’. This was working fine until recently.

In order to stop scraping and stealing of my work, which has been done before, I need this to go back to ‘Excerpt’. I use the Disabled Source, Disabled Right Click and Content Protection plugin, which is working fine.

Am I doing something wrong, or has there been a recent change in the software?

I can’t add Subscribers to our list

I am having problems adding subscribers to a client website. I was able to add people initially when setting up Jetpack, but now only 2 weeks later, both myself and the client can not add a new subscriber using the add subscribers button in Jetpack subscribers.
Also, this site was wrongly identified as commercial. She does not make any money on the site and is a town official who just disseminates information regarding town issues.

Newsletter Subscription Pop-up Form Not Recording Entries

Hello, we have a Popup Builder pop-up on our clients’ site with a mailing list signup form. It is not recording entries; I tested it myself and nothing was added to subscribers. So there’s no record of any of the entries people have made.

This is a big problem for our clients who are a nonprofit and really need to make these contacts. Please help!

Email subscribers not receiving blog post updates

Been using WordPress for years on multiple sites and this is a new issue – my most recent blog post wasn’t delivered to those subscribed to my blog via email. It’s not being listed via the “Emails: Latest emails sent and their performance.” block on the stats dashboard either.

As a side issue, I tested subscribing to my site using a test email and got the confirmation link via WordPress. Although when clicking on that it stated “Your Subscription Confirmation link is expired or invalid” – did try resending a new link twice and got the same results. Don’t know if this is linked to the issue above…?

I’ve changed no settings on the blog recently which I can imagine would have an impact, only installed the plugin “Forminator” (free version) in the past 24 hours so I can add a poll to the most recent blog post – could that be the issue?

Email notification to subscribers when post has stopped working

The last 7 days for no apparent reason sending email notifications to subscribers has stopped working. I had no problem and for many years it worked fine.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi! During the scans we have a couple of instances where this warning appears: username with ‘subscriber’ access has a very easy password. However, we do not have subscribers. When I check the users they are regular woocommerce customers, no different than any other of our hundreds of customers as far as I can see. Any idea why Wordfence would ping them as subscribers? Thanks!
